Spacious renovated apartment in the garden behind our 19th century Victorian house with its own entrance along the side path. Close to several parks, swimming pool/gym/tennis complex, and Queens Parade shopping strip. The neighbourhood is 4 km from the Melbourne CBD, and 100 meters from 86 tram to city and train station, and bus line along Hoddle Street. All this provides easy access to city, MCG, Rugby Stadium, Tennis Centre, Theatres and NGV. We are empty nesters with a kelpie dog, Peppy.

Trains, trams and buses are between 5 & 10 minutes walking distance. A Visitor's Parking Permit is available for free, unrestricted parking on the street outside the residence.
