These are some of the best hosts we have ever had! From the moment we arrived with a tire issue, Steve was immediately friendly and helpful with multiple local repair shops to try and suit our needs. In the following days he had lots of local restaurants, dive locations and dog park recs. Their place has all the necessities you'd need on your vacation. The kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast, and prepare leftovers any day we needed. All other rooms were stocked, clean and well kept. The dogs loved to fetch n cool off in the Sound on their frequent swims. Lush foliage was a surprise as it contributed to wildlife, birds and shady temps! It is definitely the place to privately slow down, sit back an watch the sun rise on the dock as boats travel by slow and unbusily. Topping it all off was the spacious porch/yard with water hose. It spoiled us as we are usually unable to fully rinse and dry out all of our dive gear before returning home. Come and visit their oasis, you won't regret it!!

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo! Sandra was friendly and very quick to respond when we had questions. However, we barely had any to ask because her instructions and recommendations were extremely clear and detailed. We ran into no issues during our time there. We did not use the kayaks but were impressed with the option to use them. There was so much to do within 20 minutes each way. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a nice overnight stay at Breanna's condo! A few minor concerns popped up during our visit, but Breanna had excellent communication and helped to adress the issues - which ultimately didn't affect our stay. The place was very clean and the things we needed were well stocked. Great board game selection and TV is easy to use if you want to watch a movie or show. There's a public laundry facility attached to the pool house/community space on the back side of the condominiums. It was clean and well kept - $2 per wash and per dry. We stayed on a week day and the community was quiet. During the day, it seems like they may be addressing some renovation needs to the complex, so you may hear some noise from workers - but that wont be a problem if you are out enjoying the Fort Walton area and nearby public beaches.

Doug's place is one if the only listings we've seen that has a perfect 5 star rating with multiple reviews, and now we know why. Our stay was perfect. The house was clean and spacious and was in a great location close to everything, while having privacy from big crowds. The dock was great and fun to fish and enjoy the view. Doug was probably the most accommodating host we've ever met and treated us like family. He set us up for fishing with bait and equipment, gave us recommendations, and was in constant contact with us making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. It was a great trip and stay. Doug was the best host we've ever had anywhere. Will definitely return.
