Lovely spacious house in rural setting close to town. Comfortable and extra cosy with fireplace roaring. Well equipped kitchen. Great outdoor spaces to relax in the sun with a lovely outlook. Bonus to be able to have our dog with us. Carol is friendly and also responded quickly when we have a couple of queries. Short drive to Henley Lake which is a great dog friendly area to run and walk.

We are also grateful to you for getting the fire place going late afternoon when we returned from our excursion on Saturday afternoon. Regent Cottage was a lovely space for my friends and I to share for the weekend - nice and warm on arrival with the heat pump on; bottle of wine and other supplies were a welcome touch. Everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Great location, walking distance to everything, and a nice spacious property outdoors as well. Debra was quick and clear on communications when I needed to make an amendment to my booking. Great shower pressure and plenty of towels :) would love to stay again.

Beautiful place, lovely feel, great location with easy walk to town. Warm despite the cool temperatures while we were there. Highly recommend.

We had a very comfortable stay. House was warm and inviting. Breakfast provisions were amazing, from home made sour dough bread and pancakes, to cereals. The house is obviously a labour of love, with lots of interesting nick nacks. Thanks Becky

We absolutely loved our stay at the Whare, its was a cold wet weekend outside but inside we were super toasty with the wood fire and comfortable bed! Loved the thoughtful extras Prue and Pete provided and was great having lots of pets from Rex and Meg in the mornings!

An excellent Airbnb experience every time I booked here. Even had the fire roaring for when I arrived late evening.

Lovely place to stay! My whānau and I really enjoyed it… the setting is just gorgeous, so quiet, picturesque, and tranquil. The studio is compact and well equipped. We didn’t realize the queen bed is in the living space but it wasn’t a problem. Our daughter slept in the kids room and enjoyed having a “big girl bed” (bunk bed) all to herself. She loved the chickens too. Close to Patuna archway and Martinborough cycle tours. Would definitely recommend. 👍

The place was just as pictured. Lovely loft barn style super cozy and comfortable. Jessica took the time to light the fire and have the place already warm for us before we got then and as very accommodating with any request. Would happily book here again

I really appreciated our short stay. The kitchen had a range of equipment I could cook with. Easy to clean up in every room. Great layout and my family really liked it. I would recommend this place. Very comfortable place and quiet to relax

We had a fabulous time celebrating our mums birthday with a weekend of relaxation at Melleny and Simon’s place. We had 3 young children who had a blast with the toys/books/pool and outdoor activities (just be mindful of a steep staircase to the third floor but this was foretold to us) Lovely peaceful location and Melleny and Simon were wonderful hosts with prompt communication and reassurance to our queries. We will be back!

Fabulous space, we had a great weekend there with the dog. Audrey was a great host, highly recommend.

This was one of the loveliest Airbnbs I've stayed at. Lovely tranquil location with both sunrise and sunset views, the cottage is beautifully decorated and really warm and cozy, and it was so lovely being able to watch the stars from the outdoor bathtub at night! Absolutely loved our stay! :)

The Bumblebee Cottage was super cute and full of interesting pictures, decorations, magazines, books, beautiful china etc.. The pantry was very well stocked and I've never stayed anywhere with such a great selection of teas! It was very quiet and peaceful at night and in the morning we got to meet the chickens wandering around, before having freshly laid eggs for breakfast. Gail is a very friendly and helpful host, highly recommended!

What a wonderful, peaceful country home away from home. Belinda and family were so responsive and generous with farm/animal experiences for the kids. Tiny house is very comfortable and adaptable. Featherston around the corner with cozy places to eat and peruse.

Michael's place was the perfect base for our weekend in Martinborough. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, everyone had their own space. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was modern and equipped with essential utensils for cooking. Michael kindly had the fire going for our arrival and it made for a lovely cosy lounge space after a day at the wineries. He even delivered a second basket of firewood to us when we ran out. Michael's place is in a perfect location close to the village and all the main cellar doors were in walking distance. I would highly recommend staying here!

Charming glamping cabin retreat 1 minute drive from the heart of Greytown. Quiet, peaceful, private. Very clean and well set up, comfortable beds. It was the first day of winter, but we stayed warm and cozy in the cute little cabins.

Good value for money and a great base for our visit to Featherston Booktown festival as really close to town. Would also be a good location for cycling the Rimutaka rail trail which is close by. The cabin is simple, spotlessly clean and cosy - with everything we needed for a two night stay. Mary is a welcoming host who gave clear instructions and was easy to contact. It is off-grid as described but we found it perfectly warm with plenty of hot water and loved the rural setting

We enjoyed a peaceful stay! It was very clean which was important to us because of pet allergies. It was a nice place to stay for going to Cape Palliser, as there is very little accommodation out there. Highly recommend checking out the seals!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay with you. It suited our needs for a family gathering in Carterton. It was quiet and peaceful. The unit was very clean and comfortable and we were impressed with the bathroom. Would definitely stay again.

We had a relaxing stay at Elaine’s cottage. The location was exactly what we needed, peaceful, quiet and surrounded in beautiful countryside amongst the vines. We really appreciated being able to bring our dog, with a fully fenced section for dogs and kids to play in. The cottage had everything we needed, and was comfortable and clean. Highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet place to recharge. The cottage worked really well for our young family.
