A cozy separate apartment with a fireplace in a new family house is located in the village of Sučany, just a few minutes from the city center, ski resorts, beautiful nature suitable for hiking, cycling, mushroom picking, fishing, or swimming in nature or in aquaparks. You can sit in the warm weather in the garden with the possibility of barbecue, or in the cold weather by the fireplace, use the infrared sauna for 2 people. Also there is a travel cot (3rd person), massage services. Infrared sauna and wood is for a fee of 5€/day.

Companies such as VW, ECCO, MAR SK, GGB Slovakia can be reached in about 8 minutes by car. Free parking is available right in front of the apartment building.

Right next to the Martin hospital. The apartment has its own parking lot and air conditioning. You have everything close - restaurants, shops, cafes. Public transport as well as suburban and long-distance bus transport. The train station is just a 6-minute walk from the apartment.

To save money on hotels, I renovated in 2012 the second apartment in the basement of our house to offer accommodation to artists and performers coming to Stanica & Nová synagóga art centres where I work. When it is free, travelers and tourists are welcome. We are in the town centre, in great neighborhood called Mala Praha (Little Prague), close to everything and quiet in the same time. I really like hosting guests.

Užite si Váš pobyt z tohto výborne situovaného miesta. Minútu od bytu sa nachádza celá občianska vybavenosť. Centrum je vzdialené 4 minúty autom, a 15 minút peši. Ide o 1 izbový byt so samostatnou kuchyňou. Bytík disponuje rozkladacou sedačkou s vlastným matracom o veľkosti 140x200 cm. Po dohode je k dispozícii aj detská postieľka.
