Parking is free of charge, we have our own dedicated parking lot for more cars. Pedestrian zone of the center of Martin 1 minute from the building. Ideal apartment if you want privacy and peace. The accommodation is accessed via a key safe. You can book the apartment at any time, even at night.

Our wooden cabin is situated between two rivers. So it is a wonderfull and very peacefull place to stay. Downstair, there is a main room, with modern kitchen, fridge, washing machine, diswasher machine... there is a fireplace, that can heat whole cabin. The large terace is great place where you can enjoy your cup of tea or coffee. the garden and surounding is a really great place for kids. and if the weather will be bad, thay will maybe happy from swing low in the cabin... :-)

It is just a short distance from Hlinkovo Square and within walking distance of Marián Square, the Boulevard, or the park with the most popular café in the city. The two largest shopping centers, a theater and well-known Žilina restaurants are all within easy reach. All city life is within walking distance.
