The Sand & Surf Oasis of Jensen Beach Raised Home

The Sand & Surf at Ocean view located on the Indian River. Elevated on stilts for a leveled up escape,right on the Indian river our pool overlooks the beautiful Indian River Bay , lay back and enjoy the warm breeze while lounging and swimming. We added fishing poles for our private fishing pier on property as well . A few minutes over the bridge and you've arrived on Hutchinson island beaches . Enjoy our bikes and take a walk to Jensen beach town and enjoy the restaurants of downtown Stewart.

We are a 3rd floor beachfront/ocean condo with a spectacular view on beautiful Hutchinson Island in Stuart, Fl in the Marriott Resort! We are members of the Marriott Ocean Club so our guests can enjoy the Marriott Resort amenities! For a $300 one time fee paid directly to the Marriott Golf Pro Shop our guests (up to 4 staying in our condo) can access reduced fees for private golf, tennis and pickleball, all resort pools, tiki bar by the beach, 24/7 fitness center, resort shuttle.

The Master BR has a king size bed & large dresser w/55 in HD TV. The other 2 BR's have queen size beds. The 4th BR has a queen sofa bed and gym/laundry room. The living room has a leather sectional, 60 in TV, and fireplace. The patio has a grill, outdoor dining area, fire table, 7 person swim spa, 10’ dart board,movie theater.
