Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Martha's Vineyard

Our stay at Ken's cottage was beyond perfect! We came to the vineyard to celebrate our "mini-moon" and it did not disappoint. The cottage was clean and comfortable, with a large backyard that was perfect for hanging out in. The neighborhood is quiet, private, and bike-able, and we enjoyed exploring all that the island has to offer. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay here. It worked well for two groups. The view was amazing and we had a fair amount of wildlife visit us. Very walkable down to cure coffee shops and restaurants and also right off the bike path. Devon was a fantastic host and very accommodating! Would stay again!

Fran's house is lovely, everything one needs for a fabulous stay. She is a very good host - responsive and informative. She lives on the prpoerty but we never saw her. We had a really great stay!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Annemarie’s place, which was our first time on the island. It’s surrounded by lush landscape, feels secluded. Yet it is a very short drive to town (or a nice medium-long walk if you are up to it, which my wife was!). Wild turkeys often roamed the property, which was very cool. Overall great experience.

Fran and Susan's house is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The spotlessly clean interior is thoughtfully decorated with impeccable style, and every amenity has been carefully considered to ensure a comfortable stay. It is within easy walking distance of downtown Oak Bluffs and the waterfront. Thanks to Fran for the exceptional communication and responsiveness. Cozy Bluffs made for a truly cozy escape!

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful, immaculate, spacious, and well-stocked. The location was perfect, we walked into Edgartown every day, and rented bikes to get to the beach. Amy was super responsive and the house manual she provided in advance had all of the info we needed. The only downside was construction on a neighboring house— the work was noisy and a little disruptive, and large construction vehicles sometimes blocked the road getting into and out of the house. No fault of Amy’s, though, and hopefully the work will be done soon!

It’s a beautiful house and surroundings. Susan was very helpful and answered emails promptly. It was clean and we had everything we needed. It’s a very walkable neighborhood.

Great location just over 2 miles (3.5 K) from the heart of Edgartown. There is a little bit of road noise per the other reviewers but it minimal, especially at night. The place is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were 4 adults, stayed for 2 nights, and had a vehicle so were able to easily explore the island from this location. Other than breakfast, we ate out (lots of great places to eat on MV) but the kitchen is fully equipped should you choose to eat in. The nearby Stop and Shop grocery store is well stocked.

We really felt at home and the location on the canal was superb! looking forward to future stays!

This is a great place to consider staying! Rachel was wonderful from the moment of booking, until after we departed. The place is cute as can be - and as a longtime visitor of MV - this little place captures the islands vibe and unwritten codes of quality and class. Amazing accommodation, exceeded our expectations on every level. All our needs meet for our stay. It is a beautiful place with easy reach to many places in RI and the cape. Having visited many lovely places coming back to Jennifer's home was our oasis. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Thanks for another great stay! Perfect accommodation near downtown New Bedford, beach within a 15minute drive and a 10ish minute walk to the New Bedford ferry. Def recommend!! Be sure to stop at The Baker for breakfast and Moby Dick Brewery for dinner and a cold one ☺️

Reda’s place was absolutely perfect for a week-long stay - I felt so at home. I was visiting family who live just down the road, but needed a space of my own to work and relax between visiting with family; it fit my needs to the “t”. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils (even a can opener!), so I was able to cook a great meal after a long day of work. The neighborhood is peaceful and accessible; I loved going for a run over to New Bedford and back. Reda was always around to say “hi”. My family and I will definitely be back! Thank you, Reda!

Relaxing girls get away weekend. Amazing views, very walkable and friendly town and beach. (Delicious local ice cream shop- vegan options too!). The perfect place to relax, catch up with friends, and make some delightful memories.

We had a lovely time at Mary Alice’s place. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive before, during and after our stay. Even though we weren’t able to meet in person, she made sure we felt welcomed and had what we needed. She also offered flexible checkin/checkout which we didn’t end up needing, but it was nice to have as an option! The location is a quiet and cozy neighborhood that offered us privacy but was also walkable to the main street. Many thoughtful touches incorporated into the place - I can tell that she treats her home with so much love and care, and it shows! Would recommend!

Walkable to all local shops. Unit was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with all items needed to prepare and enjoy a meal.

We had a great stay for a family wedding in the area. Location was perfect & next to lots of cute bars and restaurants. Very historic feel to the neighborhood. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay!

Barbara’s condo was roomy and comfortable. We fell in love with the screened in porch. Lovely room for a cup of coffee in the mornings and a glass of wine in the late afternoon. We took a short ride through the woods to the town beach which led us to beautiful views of Tashmoo. We had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is nicely decorated with comfortable beds and good sized rooms. The location is convenient, walkable to town and VH bus terminal. Leah was very responsive and provided local recommendations in the area. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Our second visit. We love the place. Quiet but close to great beaches and the Popponesset Marketplace is 2 minutes walk away, with fish restaurants and small stores with necessities (including wine and beer!). A highlight of this visit was sitting on the patio in the morning and 3 times seeing an osprey dive to the pond and catch a fish.

Had to call maintenance for a couple of reasons but responded quickly.

We had a great six nights here. The space is super cool, well appointed with comfty beds and super soft towels, and was squeeky clean! We enjoyed the roof deck, the views to the waterfront, and the fireplace--and had an exceptional meal at Cork, too! Our stay was a combination of a work trip plus time to explore New Bedford and the SouthCoast and the location was great for both. Having a dedicated parking space was great, too. We would happily return.
