Ensuite-shower and complete kitchen. 3 miles from downtown Edgartown, 5 miles to State Beach. In a peaceful neighborhood abutting miles of state forest trails. WiFi, workspace, laundry, smart TV and air conditioning. It can be difficult to secure a ferry res for your car when planning last minute trips in summer. May we suggest renting a bicycle or use a taxi/ride-share service.

The home has central air, internet, flat screen TV, linens, towels, and beach chairs. The kitchen is stocked but has no dishwasher or washer/dryer. A parking pass for Barnstable beaches included. Backyard has a patio, privacy fencing, furniture, outdoor shower, professional landscaping and a BBQ.

Nestled between Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven harbors, our relaxing suite is a perfect way to extend your weekly rental, or to enjoy a day or two on this special island we call The Rock. Our cozy guest suite, newly renovated has two bedrooms, living space, kitchenette, full bath, deck with grill, outdoor shower, and footwash (hot H20), W/D (in unit) and a private entrance. An easy walk to town and beaches. Parking is available in our driveway. Enjoy our historic home!

After each stay we empty, clean and refill the outdoor hot-tub, which is available for your use year-round!

Welcome to my home! The cottage is located in Historic Centerville Village, it's a welcoming, bright and relaxing, studio space; perfect for a couple, or individual, to getaway on Cape Cod. Salt Tide Cottage is a private guesthouse with off-street parking and a serene outdoor space. It sits behind the main house with its own back yard space with hammock. Just a short walk to the ocean, beaches, the library and the general store.
