I designed this home to have 2 separate living spaces with private entrances on opposite sides of the house. The front is the vacation rental entrance accessing the entire first/lower level. My entrance is on the back side of the property. My family owns part of Lake Shore Island located on Guntersville Lake. There are 5 houses on our property scattered over 8 acres. My home and vacation rental is about 3 football fields from the shore, up the hill, providing beautiful views of the lake.

This little white farmhouse is full of country charm. Built in the 1920s and added onto numerous times, it was renovated for the final time in 2017. The house sits on the edge of our family farm beside a field. A barn/pond sit nearby. The house is 2br/2ba with a living room, kitchen with essentials, dining room and laundry. The screened porch is furnished and provides a great spot to relax and enjoy our wonderful north Alabama evenings!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Small 2 year old home sits on 20 acres but close to Lake Guntersville (8 min to boat ramp). Fenced yard for your pets. 10 minutes to Marshall North hospital, 10 minutes to Guntersville. Very peaceful and quiet. Watch deer and other wildlife from the porch. Easy parking for those with boats. 110v 20 amp electric for charging your batteries as well. One note, the gas fireplace does not currently work.

The Hut is just under 400 square feet and designed for 2 guest with a front and back deck. Covered parking and a view of the lake. There is NO lake access but the view is great. The Hut sits on its own lot with a wide gravel circular drive and wood fencing for extra privacy.
