This was a cosy comfortable hideaway. with beautifull surroundings. perfect for a quiet getaway. a well presented and clean place to stay. setup for you to self cater easily or just enjoy the local restaurants Amazing hot tub with stunning view. 5 minutes walk from local amenities. the host is fantastic and could not be helpful enough. would recommend this place to any couple looking to get away.

Had a fantastic few days at sleepers cottage, lots to do in the surrounding area but also very peaceful staying in and looking at the views. Spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need.

We had a fantastic stay at David’s beautiful and unique accommodation. David was responsive to all queries and made us feel incredibly welcome. He’s clearly passionate about the space he has designed and built — it’s thoughtfully planned, exceptionally well designed, and full of character.The attention to detail throughout is outstanding. We had the best night’s sleep in the enormous, super-comfy bed, and the large walk-in shower was a joy to use. The property is equipped with everything you could possibly need (and more) for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The views from the living area and terrace are lovely. It’s an easy and scenic walk into the centre of Marsden along the canal towpath or a quiet lane, and both the Standedge Tunnel and North of England Centre for Music and Arts with its cafe are just a couple of minutes away on foot. Hywel was an exceptional host, and the property was beautiful. He was very considerate, the furnishings were superb and extremely comfortable and represents great value for money. Wish we could have stayed longer.
