Great for two small families as this deal is a two for one, with a separate full apartment (with kitchen and bath) next to the cottage. Only 10 minutes to Marmora. Lots to do close by.

This is a beautiful spot in winter; we heard/saw trumpet swans and even saw 3 tiny red fox over our several week 'staycation'! Spectacular! Many of the cottages are empty this time of year but Fish huts on the frozen Crowe Lake on one side and Swans frequently on the flowing river on the other (not waterfront but surrounded by the wildlife that thrives around it) were exactly the company we enjoy while sitting by an occasional fire. Host was quickly responsive to anything that came up and we would recommend this to anyone seeking a home away from home vibe. I travel with my own bedding and kitchen everything but it is fairly well equipped for those who don't ;) Thanks so much for having us!

Ross’s place is wonderful; with amazing sunset views, a lot of space for kids to play inside and outside. Great place for large families. The place have everything you need, well sorted kitchen and lot of toys and games. We love it!

We had a great time! Cottage was very nice with all the amenities we needed and set back from the main road so private and quiet. Marmora is beautiful with lots to do in town and the surrounding communities, definitely something for everyone with nature and small town vibes.

Is perfect too good a word? Gorgeous space with so much attention to detail. Spent most of the time in the kitchen, watching wildlife thru the floor to ceiling windows. Tatiana was super warm and responsive - especially when a storm knocked power out for a few hours. Loved the stay and we’ll definitely return!

Our stay at Lyndsay’s was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful location and the peaceful privacy it offered. The space itself was cozy, inviting, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into creating such a warm and welcoming environment. The host was fantastic—responsive, flexible, and genuinely committed to making sure our stay was enjoyable. Every detail, from the ambiance to the amenities, exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and recharge, this is it. We can’t recommend it highly enough and will be coming back in the future!
