We had a wonderful two-night stay! The location was absolutely ideal—just a short drive from the ferry terminal, making it super convenient to explore the town and waterfront. Despite being close to everything, the house was quiet at night. If you're visiting Picton, we highly recommend this spot.

The property was easy to find in a great location with fantastic views over the sea. The place was tidy and had everything we needed plus to additional condiments in the bathrooms were great to have. There could have been more relaxing seating in the upstairs lounge for 8 people. The option to take our dog was also much appreciated and he loved the secure outdoors. The showers were great and the beds were all comfortable. Pretty good value overall.

The location of this home is incredible! Beautiful sunsets, close to penguins and a number of stunning beaches and hikes. Check out the baby fur seals, caves, natural spring, waterfalls and abundant bird life. Piwakawakas at every hike! Garry was very accommodating and responsive. Rent with confidence!

Ellie was very pleasant and most helpful; Our studio was immaculate and looked as new! The street was very quiet and almost nil traffic at night. We slept well in our comfortable bed! Off street parking also was great- beside the studio.

What a great spot. This is located directly across the street from the “Queens Gardens” and a quick 5 min walk to the downtown/CBD district. Restaurants are everywhere along with shopping and things to do. The house is to the rear of a duplex so you don’t hear any street noise and the backyard is very private and the patio is covered in case it rains. Very good price for everything you get and would highly recommend the location to anyone traveling to Nelson.

If a traditional kiwi bach is what you are after, look no further than St Omer Hideaway. Home away from home with all the essentials you need to have a relaxing stay. We ordered salads and frozen meals from Karaka Kitchen in Blenheim, which made our evening meal easy and stress free. The kitchen had all required for holiday meal prep. There is a pantry with herbs and spices, salt and pepper. As Elizabeth mentioned, do take your own preferred cooking oils. I noted aluminium foil, baking paper, kitchen roll, dishwashing liquid. We did take our own coffee pod machine. The Kenepuru Road is open and very drivable, although there are some unmetalled sections. Elizabeth’s instructions were clear and helpful. I recommend printing out the information or taking screen shots for reference. The steep driveway is typical of Sounds properties. It was very safe and manageable in our 4 wheeled drive vehicle.

We loved our stay! The house has everything you need and nothing you don’t. Although it’s older it’s great to have the pool, and there are lovely shaded areas outside too. Would happily recommend or stay again - thank you!

It was a challenge to find a place that would fit our close family of 16 (adults and late teenagers) to celebrate the wedding of our daughter, but I am so pleased that we found Bay Ridge. We had a fantastic time , loved the gardens , the views and heaps of space. The short and scenic drive to Kaiteriteri beach was so easy as well as the walk to the delightful split apple rock and beach. It was such a pity that due to travel / arrangements we could not stay longer. Highly recommend the place and again thanx to Annie who is a fantastic host.

This place was amazing!!! We booked the whole place and had a family reunion with 15 adults, 2 kids and an infant and the villa was perfect! If anything she under sells how wonderful it is!

Wonderful stay at Matt and Lucy's. the home was well appointed with everything we needed. the pool and the spa was very good and we felt super relaxed and comfortable here. would happily recommend.

Stunning, spacious mid century house, big homely kitchen and beautiful peaceful gardens. Short walk to the park at the end of the street. Gas heater kept the home toasty during cooler nights. Sarah was a very responsive and accommodating and we would definitely rebook if given the opportunity.

This was our second stay at Bex & Nicks place. Again it was great for us being a large group with kids. Heaps of toys, bikes and space to keep the kids occupied. While also being a great place for an the adults. Its a beautiful place, that feels very quiet and peaceful tucked away on the hillside, but it's still very close to the city centre.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this place. The place was very clean and matched the description in the ad. The access to the lake was really fantastic. A highly recommended place to stay, we would come back anytime!

We had a great stay at Anna’s farm cottage. It was peaceful, comfortable, and just what we needed. Anna was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again

This place was fantastic. We have stayed at quite a lot of places with the dogs and this is definitely the best. Great, good-sized, fully-fenced grass area for the dogs to run around in. Nice new amenities and spacious lounge. Definitely want to come back.

Everything about the house was perfect: it was easy to find, the characterful building is immaculate with lovely original features, artwork and wooden furniture, and it was nice to find lots of breakfast options provided. The neighbourhood is quiet, located a short walk from the shops and eating options, and just 2 mins from the marina (eg for boat tours of the Marlborough Sounds). Recommended!

We had a lovely relaxing stay. Aukje & Ferry a kind and friendly hosts. We arrived late and the lights and heater were on for us. The pods are very tastefully furnished and are set in a very peaceful and relaxing surrounding. We would happily recommend and look forward to our next stay. Tash's air bnb was everything it said it was, but once you get there, it's a slice of paradise you don't want to leave. You're close to Picton (5 min drive), but feel completely away from the business of life to re-set and recharge. The beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, couch and fire were fabulous even in winter. Definitely love to come back.

A very spacious property in a very peaceful and spacious environment. Very comfortable beds. Charlie our Labradoddle loves the spacious lawns and trees.
