Vacation rentals with breakfast in Marlborough Region

Coastal Bliss Cottage was absolutely perfect, as was the beautiful setting of the surrounding property. Beatrice has thought of everything to make her guests relaxed and comfortable. The place was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Our yummy breakfasts under the pergola were such a treat and we enjoyed our conversations with Beatrice and Yves, who made us feel most welcome. While the cottage is in a peaceful location, we found it was within easy reach of cafes, restaurants and numerous activities in nearby Mapua and beyond in Motueka and Nelson. We highly recommend this delightful cottage as one of the best AirBnBs we’ve stayed at and would love to return one day.

Beautiful view with a warm homely environment, our family felt at home. Beds comfortable, staff communication was excellent. Front bedroom is noisy as it is situated opposite a busy main road. The family and I would most certainly stay again!

Wonderful place and great house! We felt home right away. Unfortunately we had a couple of rainy days so we were really happy that we had the whole house to ourselves. The nice big and we'll equipped kitchen and the comfy living room let us enjoy our time despite the rain outside. We were welcomed with a well stocked fridge! Beverage, cheese and cracker plate, butter, jams and honey, eggs, homemade bread and more. We loved it!

This is a lovely house in St Arnaud, as pictured. It's surrounded by trees and peaceful, but just a short walk from the lake and village centre. The cosy fire meant it was a great spot, even when it was cold and rainy. Great communication and flexible check in in. We'll definitely book here again. 😊

A beautiful home in the most idyllic setting, surrounded by vineyards, mountains and beautiful (Autumnal whilst we were there) trees. The house itself is pretty large and very well equipped. We stayed with out two boys who loved collecting the fresh eggs from the chickens in the morning, and playing rugby on the front lawn. Thanks for a wonderful stay Sherilee and Trevor!

Thank you for sharing this special spot, we loved the view, the sunsets, the visiting animals and the peace and quiet. All the information on winery, restaurants etc was very helpful. Excellent hosts and accommodation. Highly recommended. Hope to return.

Valerie and Ewan were very friendly and a highlight was their spectacular garden. We were very lucky to be able to help ourselves to the abundant veggie patch. Lots of yummy treats left for us on arrival. Good small supermarket, a couple of pubs and the amazing bakery. We had a very peaceful Xmas/New Year here.

After the initial shock of driving up the very steep drive everything went smoothly. Friendly communicative hosts with clear instructions on how to get into the unit. The unit had everything we needed. To top it off the stunning expansive views on all sides and beautiful lap and spa pool plus the priceless silence made this one of our best air b n b stays yet Thank you.

We found the Clifftop Retreat cabin suited our needs perfectly and Bob provided an excellent level of communication, service and local tips. He also ensured the pantry and wines were stocked with high quality local products. The accomodation was very good with comfortable bed, terrific functional kitchen and amazing clifftop views of the surrounding bay and local area. The location was perfect for our walking trips up into the Abel Tasman National Park and also fantastic local restaurants and wineries. Bob also organised a pick up from the airport for us as we arrived late at night. Overall a fantastic stay and would certainly recommend Clifftop Retreats very highly.

Honestly the best place we stayed in NZ- sad it was only one night! Beautiful apartment, incredible bed/bedding and with a swimming pool outside the front door. Couldn’t fault a thing, and very much loved the puppies! Thank you Zoe, great host and property. We’d love to come back.

If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet and comfortable place to stay - Neville's place is perfect. Neville and Debby are lovely hosts and can provide good local information (an informative folder is provided in the unit) or can give you space to just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of their Tata beach piece of paradise. The unit is sunny and very spacious, the bed is really comfortable, kitchen well stocked with everything needed for cooking and their heating is great for cold nights. Neville's coffee was amazing and Debby's breakfast foods and ginger slice were delicious. Thank you Neville and Debby for a lovely, relaxing weekend.

We highly recommend The Studio for a couple visiting and exploring the Nelson area. It was spacious, well equipped, spotless and with all the amenities we needed. We were welcomed with a delicious cake, fresh fruit, a range of breakfast supplies and hot bevarages. We would happily return in the future.

This place was exactly as it was represented. 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Frozen breads available for breakfast and a selection of teas and coffee. Very clean.

Lovely little spot and Kirsty was fantastic in her communication and welcoming :). Also notified us of something we left behind which we came back for. Excellent host and service :). Would happily stay again.

Patrick and his wife are incredibly kind and welcoming hosts. They prepared a delicious and generous breakfast that made us feel right at home. Kaikoura is a stunning coastal town, and Patrick’s House is perfectly located to enjoy breathtaking sunrise views right from the accommodation. Spending a night here added a truly memorable and heartwarming touch to our New Zealand journey.

Sue is very welcoming and gave us a very good stay. The room is very cozy and very warm. The view is the most beautiful B&B in Kaikula. You can see the galaxy at night on the balcony of the room. The room is also very clean. Sue also prepared snacks for me. Breakfast in the morning with hot milk, a very good house, I highly recommend everyone to stay.

Val was very welcoming and even picked me up from the airport and baked fresh bread for breakfast 😊 room was very cosy and clean with private bathroom. Perfect for my stay before setting off on the Heaphy and easy pickup from The Sands the next morning.

Ruth and Brian's hospitality was second to none, as was their lovely apartment. Roomy, light filled and generously provisioned, Villy and I took advantage of the twin rooms to take a break from each others snoring. Super comfortable beds made a 10 hour sleep, bliss. We felt as comfortable as possible at Ruth, Brian's and BG's lovely home. Thanks folks.

Had a lovely stay with Carol and Geoff. They are very welcoming hosts and the bed is comfortable and the bedroom wonderfully quiet and dark. Such a treat to have fresh fruit from their garden too. Highly recommended!

Beautiful stay. David and Tammy were very welcoming hosts from the moment we got there. Room and ensuite bath are both a good size and very clean, nice hot shower. Comfortable nights sleep. Can park right in front of the room entrance so very easy. And wonderful delicious breakfast in the morning. Only downside is we didn't stay longer. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

Great overnight stay. The bed was super comfy, and the breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed chatting with Rosemary over breakfast. A warm and friendly host who we'd happily stay with again.

One of the best Airbnb experiences. This one is a place that’s been set up by people that love to host and know how to make all the small things perfect for an enjoyable and easy stay. Generous provisions for hot drinks and breakfast. Well appointed studio with gorgeous linen and furniture. Jennie and Peter were responsive and extremely helpful for my stay. Friendly caring people. Peaceful serene location. Wish I could have stayed longer. I’ll be back!
