This is a modern cosy home with open plan living & exceptional indoor/outdoor flow for enjoying the beautiful Marlborough weather, it is a great place for 1 or 2 parents in the main room and 1 or 2 children in the single bed room, it is also very suitable for 2 couples with having 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms both with TVs, there is a small supermarket within 5 mins walk, bar & restaurant within 2 mins walk or the main town centre would be 10 - 15mins walk away, it is very handy to all amenities

The property was easy to find in a great location with fantastic views over the sea. The place was tidy and had everything we needed plus to additional condiments in the bathrooms were great to have. There could have been more relaxing seating in the upstairs lounge for 8 people. The option to take our dog was also much appreciated and he loved the secure outdoors. The showers were great and the beds were all comfortable. Pretty good value overall.

The location of this home is incredible! Beautiful sunsets, close to penguins and a number of stunning beaches and hikes. Check out the baby fur seals, caves, natural spring, waterfalls and abundant bird life. Piwakawakas at every hike! Garry was very accommodating and responsive. Rent with confidence!

What a great spot. This is located directly across the street from the “Queens Gardens” and a quick 5 min walk to the downtown/CBD district. Restaurants are everywhere along with shopping and things to do. The house is to the rear of a duplex so you don’t hear any street noise and the backyard is very private and the patio is covered in case it rains. Very good price for everything you get and would highly recommend the location to anyone traveling to Nelson.

We had a fabulous stay, the house had everything we needed for a family of five, and more! This was our second stay at Bex & Nicks place. Again it was great for us being a large group with kids. Heaps of toys, bikes and space to keep the kids occupied. While also being a great place for an the adults. Its a beautiful place, that feels very quiet and peaceful tucked away on the hillside, but it's still very close to the city centre.

We loved our stay at Charlies place! Such a gorgeous setting, and has everything we could've asked for! Even tennis rackets! The place was super clean, comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a picturesque escape in wine country. Ps. the river is lovely for a swim! and there are so many nice restaurants nearby.

Really enjoyed our one night stay! We had lots of fun with the records and games provided. Super close to the main town so we could walk to pubs/bars/restaurants and shops - also could walk to the whale encounter. Sauces in the fridge were a nice touch - as we considered getting fish and chips! Quite close to other houses though so not very private. Overall very happy with our stay, it was a lovely little spot!
