Thank you for a great stay! We definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful property wonderful location.

A lovely new apartment two minutes walk from the seafront and ten minutes walk from the main shopping area, with a wonderful view of the mountains from the balcony. We had a very nice couple of nights there. Everything was as described. Caitlin was very easy to communicate with and she was very flexible with us as we changed our plans at the last minute, which we really appreciated. Definitely a great place to stay in the middle of Kaikoura. The only small negative was having to take our own trash and recycling to the collection centre when we departed. The centre is out of town, and we had to pay to drop it off there. Thought this is something that the cleaner could have taken care of and it delayed our departure, having to go and find it. Other than that, a great stay.

The house is big, beautiful, clean, new, can accommodate a big family. There are complete household appliances. You can cook. There are kitchen utensils provided. There is convenient parking. It is convenient to travel anywhere. It is near supermarkets, gas stations, department stores and many restaurants. You can walk without using a car. If I have to go to Nelson again, I will choose to come back to stay at the same place. The owner of the accommodation is very nice:)

Thank you Lynette, we really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect spot to watch the sea and easy walking into town. The apartment was super clean and was well equipped for our stay over the Easter weekend. We would be more than happy to come and stay again.

Janine met us, showed us through and explained everything. She also recommended some beautiful sightseeing spots. The apartment is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Nice lounge room including a dining area. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Large bathroom with a great shower. Bonus having an extra powder room and washing machine. Outside decks with seats. The views over the Tasman Bay from the main bedrooms and lounge room are stunning. Would happily stay again.

The perfect base for our time exploring Nelson. Was nice to come back to a quiet/cosy spot in the evening after spending the day out and about exploring. Marieke is very lovely and easy to deal with! Nothing is a bother to her. Would recommend ☺️

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay at Annie’s Place! I had an amazing stay at Annie’s Airbnb! The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed. It’s clear that Annie puts a lot of care into making her guests feel comfortable – from the thoughtful little touches to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The location was peaceful and conveniently located. Annie was a fantastic host – kind, helpful, and always quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend her place to anyone visiting the area!

Great comfy house very comfortable for 2 families with young kids. Lots to do at the house plus close to activities and amenities.

It was a challenge to find a place that would fit our close family of 16 (adults and late teenagers) to celebrate the wedding of our daughter, but I am so pleased that we found Bay Ridge. We had a fantastic time , loved the gardens , the views and heaps of space. The short and scenic drive to Kaiteriteri beach was so easy as well as the walk to the delightful split apple rock and beach. It was such a pity that due to travel / arrangements we could not stay longer. Highly recommend the place and again thanx to Annie who is a fantastic host.

Where do I start! Amazing, without a doubt the most beautiful and well presented retreat I have stayed at. Attention to detail was second to none, an unbelievable and overwhelming experience, private and peaceful yet, if requested, Sean would respond in minutes. The property boasts so many additional features over and above the building itself, outside full bar area, fire pit, full laundry, gym to name a few. We stayed for 2 days and 2 nights and didn’t want to leave (I even enquired whether the property was for sale). Don’t hesitate to book this property, it would not be possible to be disappointed. Thank you Sean and Skip for your hospitality. Truly amazing place, beautiful and we didn’t turn the tv on once, why would you when you can relax in such stunning surroundings and in front of a roaring log burner. Totally amazing experience, do not miss out on this one! It’s better than all the rest.

Stunning views, wonderful stay, too short, and was too fast! Waking up to the view was divine. Daniella was such a kind and amazing host. The space was clean, light, bright and so cosy, and we felt right at home. We had a great stay, and didnt want to leave, we will be back in the summer. What a great spot. This is located directly across the street from the “Queens Gardens” and a quick 5 min walk to the downtown/CBD district. Restaurants are everywhere along with shopping and things to do. The house is to the rear of a duplex so you don’t hear any street noise and the backyard is very private and the patio is covered in case it rains. Very good price for everything you get and would highly recommend the location to anyone traveling to Nelson.

Maria and Johnathan went out of their way to help us alter our accomodation plans several times. This helped relieve some of the family tensions and made for a very peaceful Holliday.
