The house is situated in a rural district, in a quiet residential area. To Wertheim Reinhardshof about 6 km, Wertheim city center 10 km, Wertheim Village 16 km. To the Tauber Valley cycle path approx. 2 km, to the Main Valley cycle path approx. 10 km. The surroundings, Spessart and Odenwald are very popular with hikers. Many attractions are in the vicinity. We are happy to help you plan your excursions. In the village there is a bakery with groceries. The closest supermarket is 6 km away.

All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." Witch's house at the Spessart Forest

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.

The place is renovated with great care and attention to the needs of a family. The garden with the playground is shared and is located behind the apartment! Perfect place for a family vacation due to the full equipment. Baby crib, high chair, children's armchair and bath seat are in the home's equipment. The bus stop is 2 minutes from the apartment. On the first floor of our 350-year-old half-timbered house, we offer three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, tub and toilet as well as a fully equipped kitchen (approx. 100 square meters). The hosts' apartment is upstairs. Wi-Fi, washer and dryer can be used. The courtyard is available for recreation (currently limited by construction work).
