Vacation in the countryside, near Leipzig!

Our detached house is located about 20 km from Leipzig and is well connected to the city by regional train. We rent out our house because we will be on vacation ourselves in time. This way you can take a relaxing holiday in the countryside and you can easily reach Leipzig with its many exciting holiday offers. Our property is 1200 square meters and offers plenty of space for relaxation and tranquility but also for movement and fun (football gate, pool, large trampoline...).

Summer house with large terrace and private garden in a small forest near Leipzig – quiet surroundings, clear lake within walking distance (5 min) and Leipzig around the corner (25 min by car, 45 min bike/tram). The house is fully equipped, there is a large south-facing terrace, a fireplace & a piano, a table tennis table & various sports equipment/games, washing machine, fridge/freezer as well as oven, garden/deck chairs & four bicycles and of course Wi-Fi.

Our cozy cottage SEElig is located on a 700 m² lake plot with exclusive private beach, sauna and fireplace and offers fantastic panoramic views over the Mühlfeldsee. Spread over 2 floors and with a living area of 90 m², on the ground floor you will find the first of two bedrooms, the modern bathroom with walk-in real glass shower, as well as the cozy living and dining area (including small cozy corner for our small guests) with fireplace and open kitchen.

Your little vacation

From this centrally located home, you'll be in all the important places in no time. Central is here, you are in the center between two lakes. On site; bus stop, Edeka with great baker, hairdresser, butcher, doctor, dentist, a castle, the peninsula Pouch with wakeboarding and water park. There is even more to discover on the Goitzsche and all around. So no long time, but also e.g. to Leipzig, Halle , Ferropolis ... no problem

Urlaub in der Seedatsche „Siebenhain“: den Strand vor der Nase, die Terrasse auf der Sonnenseite und alles was das Urlaubsherz begehrt. Sehr funktionale, aber wohnliche Einrichtung aus modernen und natürlichen Elementen: Eichenholzdielen, Kamin, Sauna, Fußbodenheizung, durchdachtes Lichtkonzept. Und ein bisschen Nostalgie ist auch dabei: ein Schallplattenspieler. Machen Sie es sich bequem und lassen Sie die Seele baumeln.

Our holiday home is particularly characterized by its modern and comfortable furnishings and the direct location on Lake Geiseltal. It is only a few steps to Marina Mücheln. The spacious terrace with garden invites you to relax or play with the children. Directly on the large bedroom there is a balcony overlooking the lake as well as the Marina Mücheln.

Finally, relax, chill, swim or exercise, such as Cycling, inliner, hiking or water sports, everything possible. Then we have something for you, an entire cottage for you. Our newly built (May 2020) spacious cottage is located in a quiet location directly on Lake Hainer and yet not far from the metropolis of Leipzig (20 km).
