In addition to a brand new fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable box spring bed (1.80 m wide) awaits you in the separate bedroom and in the living room a sofa that can be folded down to a bed with a width of 1.40 m. Here is also the place to chill. You can have a cozy breakfast in the separate kitchen. In the garden behind the house you will find two bicycles for excursions in the green surroundings.

The apartment is on the first floor and could be rented together with the apartment on the 2nd floor and/or 3rd floor.

In the hustle and bustle of the big city animals, in the very nearby city center, there are numerous shopping opportunities. The arena and the stadium can be reached with a 15-minute walk through the beautiful Waldstraßenviertel.

The guest tax is payable in cash after checking in to the host.
