Der nach Süden ausgerichtete Wohn-Schlafbereich ist das Herzstück dieser Wohnung. Der große Raum mit vielen Fenstern bietet ein komfortables Doppelbett (180x200 cm) und ein Schlafsessel. Die Leseecke am Fenster verschafft dem gemütlichen Raum ein besonderes Wohnzimmerflair. In nur wenigen schritten sind Sie in der Fußgängerzone mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants.

12 Minuten oder 9 km vom Bodensee entfernt liegt unser gemütliches Landhaus mit großem Garten am Hang über Stockach-Zizenhausen. Die schöne Region Bodensee südlich vor uns und das Donautal nördlich hinter uns - das ist der ideale Ort für Ruhe, Wanderungen und Badeurlaub. Auch wenn es mal regnet, kann man viel unternehmen: Bodenseetherme Überlingen, Burgmuseum Meersburg, Schloss Langenstein mit Fasnachtsmuseum, Sealife und Shopping in Konstanz, Zeppelin- u. Dorniermuseum Friedrichshafen.

You have a fully equipped kitchen with cooking island, a large bathroom with walk-in shower. In the apartment is a large bedroom with a double bed in the size 180/200. In addition, in the area of the living room, there is a pull-out couch with the dimensions 140/200. All our beds are equipped with toppers. Towels on site.

The Bodensee Auszeithaus is located at the foot of the Gehrenberg, above the historically influenced town of Markdorf and is 8 km away from Lake Constance. The apartment has three 83 sqm rooms with lake and alpine views, a kitchen and a bathroom with separate toilet. The cozy living room and reading room is equipped with books, music and meditation corner and has a balcony on the lake and sunny side. In the garden there are beautiful places to retreat.

Holiday cottage located on the sunny slope with beautiful views. After a short but somewhat steep walk to the bungalow, you can enjoy the view of the Alpstein with our local mountain, the Säntis, on a cozy terrace. There are many walking and hiking opportunities directly from the house. Please note: From the parking lot, you can walk relatively steeply up the hill to the beautifully located bungalow on the edge of the forest for about 100 m.
