Loved the home overall the back yard was very relaxing! Me and my family felt very at home and comfortable!

Kazeem was very communicative and helpful with questions about the place. It was accurate in what you are getting, but I would say the price is a little too high per night. It does have a pool but it wasn’t heated, so just know that if you are interested in swimming. Otherwise it was close to the Main Street of Muncie to amenities.

Stayed here for a long family weekend. We all absolutely loved the space and how peaceful it was. Checking in and out was a breeze. The kids had plenty of space to play both inside and outside. Hosts were very responsible and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful farmhouse getaway.

This place is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Felt at home, clean, updated/modern. George thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Full coffee bar, soft and clean towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, everything to make our stay comfortable. Thank you.

This place was amazing for our family vacation. The goal was to spend family time together & there was plenty for us all to do. Lots of outdoor activities in nature! The beach was great for adult hang-out & games of spike ball (which we brought), & fun in the sand for the kids. Loved our pontoon boat rides & campfires as well. The indoor pool was great anytime day & night & was always a good back up in case it we had rain. The common areas were large enough for us to all have space & there was plenty of sleeping room. We had an amazing time & will definitely revisit. Ryan was courteous & quick to respond. Absolutely loved this trip!

This is truly a 5 star rental. Owners went above and beyond to provide a seamless experience. Would absolutely recommend the house and would definitely stay again when in town.

We were in town for a basketball tournament and it always seems like with the hotels you can never get rest at night with teams running around all evening so we decided to try an air bnb...BEST IDEA EVER. The house was immaculate and the heated pool was AMAZING. The backyard area was so peaceful and relaxing for the entire family, we were close enough to get supplies for dinner without feeling we were actually in town. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. Master Shower...no words. Beds...super comfortable. Plenty of space for bigger family or team. We will absolutely be booking this one any time we are in town play! Host was so welcoming and took care of all of our needs!

We loved staying at the Sleeping Bulldog. We were in for a convention at Ball State, and didn't spend much time there until the end of the week. The older boys absolutely loved having their "own" sleeping quarters in the pool house. Of course the pool and hot tub were a hit. We are a cooking family and the kitchen has everything you need to fix big meals. Jessica communicated very well all week long. I am a plant lover and the landscaping at the house is beautiful and it is a nice, quiet neighborhood to enjoy a walk looking at the big trees and landscapiing.

This was our third stay at Ashley's place. It's FANTASTIC! Stylish, clean, comfortable, close to TU campus and just all-around great! Thanks for another wonderful visit!

Absolutely a beautiful home located in the nicest part of Marion. By far the best place Iv stayed at here in Marion. I will definitely be back!

We stayed here for my son’s orientation at Ball State, and it couldn’t have been a better location. Super close and easy to get to campus. Parking in the alley was simple once we figured out which one (totally our error!). The host was very helpful, even including photos to show exactly where to park and how to get to the front door—so convenient. The house is older with tons of charm and character. The living room was really comfortable, and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches—snacks waiting for us and plenty of bathroom essentials in case you forget something. Would absolutely stay here again!

The location is perfect for visiting Taylor University! The house is updated and clean. Ben responded quickly and kindly to my requests. I look forward to staying here again!

Had a fantastic time! The Sweet Suite was easy to find, quiet, and relaxing. Appreciated how nice it was, very well cleaned, and was a really comfortable space to be. We appreciated the clear/easy instructions for check-in/check-out and liked all the little notes explaining things like how to adjust the skylight or fan controls. Overall, we had a great time and we would 100% stay again!

Cozy home that was well equipped with everything we needed and more! We had 5 adults and there was plenty of room to wind down in the evenings. Slept great in comfortable beds. This homes a/c worked great! We felt right at home.

John's place is marvelous! The pictures definitely do not do the house justice. The house is so beautiful and I could Tay there forever! John was a great host, and we would definitely stay again! Our dogs LOVE the fenced in yard. There is a ping pong table and dart board in the garage, and those are a great touch! Plenty of towels. John is very responsive and lives close by if you ever need anything. Definitely recommend!

We needed a place to spend the night between Chicago and Lansing and Ashley’s beautiful place was perfect. The tastefully appointed former grocery store had everything we needed, Ashley was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The laundry and hot tub were a life saver for two weary travelers. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second trip to Grace Farm. We shared this stay with our daughters and their children. It was a great place for the kids to run and play school and share time together (sleep over) with cousins. Such a happy sound to hear giggles coming from the upstairs rooms!!Welcoming treats are always a hit and there was everything we needed fix our food with. We will be returning when special events call us to this area!

Our stay was comfortable and easy. Great amenities provided for daily use and very clean and neat living space. All around a great Airbnb and great host!

Our daughter and family of 4 stayed at this lovely home for our son’s wedding. They felt right at home and had plenty of room for them all. We definitely would recommend this home for your visit.

We enjoyed staying at the Muncie Blue Nest! The house was beautiful, the beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked to cook any meals and Renee was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. The house was very clean and we had lots of space to relax and hang out. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed our morning walk around the block. The house is close to grocery stores, restaurants and a very nice walking trail along the White River. A wonderful house to stay at, felt like home!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and we enjoyed the delicious cookies that were left for us upon arrival!! It was a perfect fit for our family. Very peaceful but a close drive to restaurants and stores if needed. We highly recommend staying here if you are in the area!!
