Beautiful, spacious apartment. The location was great if you want to be in the Broadripple area, very walkable. Our host was very engaging and proactive about an air conditioning issue prior to our arrival and did everything they could to mitigate us being uncomfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

It was the perfect size for me and my friends we had a great time and it had everything we needed and was near a lot of attractions and places to eat. i’ve never been to this part of indiana and didn’t expect much to do but they had a book with a long list of things to do! definitely would stay again!

Gil was an excellent host! He answers questions and issues quickly. The only issues had to do with extending our stay! This place was centrally located to both locations I was visiting. I stayed for six weeks. The apartment is everything you need for an extended stay!

I had a good stay while in the area. Local hotels are outrageously priced, so this apartment is a great value. It is on the 3rd floor if stairs are an issue, but they are indoors. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of towels.

Found My New Home Away from Home!!! My hubby is a truck driver and on the road a lot, but when he comes home it's always family time. This time it was our turn, and we desperately wanted a staycation! This location was absolutely exactly what I was looking for with the jacuzzi tub being being the selling point, I reached out to make sure the dates were available since it was last minute and the system wouldn't let me book and the cohost responded right away to let me know they could accommodate us!! I was so exited just from the pictures but actually walking through the door let me know I made the right decision. The whole place screames peace and relaxation which set the background for a perfect weekend couple getaway. Thank you! Thank you! We will definitely be repeat visitors

Place was gorgeous. One of the nicest places I've stayed. We were basically just using the place to crash. It was a nice enough place that we sort of felt bad we didn't stay there more. Will absolutely be staying here again

I did not get to spend as much time in Peru as I would have liked so I plan to come back. I told my boyfriend that we absolutely had to stay at Mugivan Manor again and visit the city. Mary was so kind and helpful. I was traveling for a concert and she remembered that small detail. While making sure I knew how to get into the apt, she made sure to wish me a great time. It’s the small things that really make a place great.

This was hands down one of my favorite Airbnb spots that I have ever stayed at. The space had everything we needed, and was so well thought out. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and we felt right at home. I would definitely come again the next time we visit my in-laws.

Kevin's place was perfect for my son and I while we were in town for the week visiting with family. It was so cozy, and we had everything we needed and more in the kitchen, laundry and bathroom. I also worked remotely during the week and had no problem with the internet between the two workspaces. This will be our go-to when we're back in the area. Thank you for a great week!

Five stars across the board. The pictures were great, but the space really shined and spoke for itself. Rebekah was incredibly communicative and made the entire stay an absolute breeze. Anytime I am back in Muncie I will be staying here. Perfect location, amazing place, and incredibly spacious…not to mention COMFORTABLE! I was worried with a rented minivan how parking would be, but it was on premises, large, and easily maneuverable. This place blew me away (even being a former Muncie resident). 10/10, would give it 11/10 if I could. Cannot recommend enough!

My stay at the Golden XRoads at the Greenway was excellent. The host were responsive and able to provide recommendations on local attractions. The facility was clean and orderly. The bed was comfy.

This place has it ALL! The location was perfect and everything was within walking distance! The penthouse itself was extremely clean and BEAUTIFUL. There were so many activities/amenities in the penthouse itself that we felt we didn’t need to leave to have a great time! Communication with the host was easy. He was responsive and made sure to check in to make sure everything was perfect! We will definitely be back and I will be sure to recommend this Airbnb to everyone! I can’t say enough great things about this place!!!!!!

LOVED this location! We had a small girls trip to Indy (3 girls) and loved it! Beautiful private pool! Friendly residents. This is one block away from Mass Ave bars and restaurants. A very comfortable walk every where! Our contact, TJ, was the best! He provided perfectly detailed instructions for check; very personal touch, gave great bar recommendations that were spot on! We had a great time and really enjoyed staying at condo #165. It is a beautiful place, well stocked, and very clean!!

The big plus of this place besides the hot tub is the fenced in backyard where our puppy felt free & had fun roaming around on his own without being tied to a leash The house was as described & would recommend it
