I had an amazing stay at Tranquil Oasis! The location couldn’t be better—just a short, easy walk to the convention center without even stepping outside, thanks to direct access through the skyline. Super convenient! The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. It’s very spacious, with two large bedrooms and all the amenities you could need. Whether you're working or relaxing, this place feels like home. Getting around downtown was a breeze—scooter-friendly streets made it fun and easy to reach grocery stores, restaurants, and other attractions. To top it all off, the host was fantastic—very friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful. I would absolutely stay here again. If you're visiting the area, this is the place to be!

This place has it ALL! The location was perfect and everything was within walking distance! The penthouse itself was extremely clean and BEAUTIFUL. There were so many activities/amenities in the penthouse itself that we felt we didn’t need to leave to have a great time! Communication with the host was easy. He was responsive and made sure to check in to make sure everything was perfect! We will definitely be back and I will be sure to recommend this Airbnb to everyone! I can’t say enough great things about this place!!!!!!

We loved the place and greatly enjoyed the privacy. All the extra amenities helped out tons and the private parking garage gives you peace of mind for your vehicle.

LOVED this location! We had a small girls trip to Indy (3 girls) and loved it! Beautiful private pool! Friendly residents. This is one block away from Mass Ave bars and restaurants. A very comfortable walk every where! Our contact, TJ, was the best! He provided perfectly detailed instructions for check; very personal touch, gave great bar recommendations that were spot on! Thank you to TJ and BizStay! Great trip!

Loved my stay at Anna’s cottage! The bed was so comfy. Some storms blew in when I was visiting and Anna gave me instructions to get into the crawlspace, in case I needed it. The storms weren’t bad enough to warrant it, but I really appreciated Anna’s thoughtful attention and concern for my safety. Great stay!!

John’s place was wonderful. Had everything we needed. Nicely furnished. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. John was so helpful, communicated with detail and overall very nice person! Would stay again if we’re back in Indy!

My family had an amazing stay at this home. It was luxurious, clean and cozy. We took the pleasure to cook in the beautiful kitchen which was well equipped. Also got to watch some movies with the family in the theatre room. The house came supplied with all the baby essentials which made our stay even better! The location is ideal for seeing events at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. As noted in other comments, the check-in process is a bit unique and the photos helped. There are several buildings in the same block with the same company name, but note that the unit was in the same building as the parking garage. This may or may not be obvious, but sometimes people think a parking garage is a standalone structure... I had to explain this to three older gentlemen who were having difficulty with the key cache and asked what building to go to after they got their keys.

Great location that was perfect for our family weekend in Indy. Street noise was a little loud from celebrating the Pacer's win, but that didn't bother us! The pool was perfect for our kids and we had a great time staying here.

The unit remained me of where I used to live. I loved staying in Livesuites’ property. The unit was clean, smelled good and the complex had great amenities. I felt safe walking around the neighborhood and within the complex. My only recommendation is they provide access instructions for someone without a car to park. It was confusing trying to get inside the building from the parking garage.

We enjoyed the space. It was clean, and spacious. I wish I had noticed that there were loft windows to the family room/kitchen in the bedrooms. It’s my fault for not noticing in the pictures, but the windows mean if the lights are on in the family room the bedrooms aren’t dark so going to bed before other people in the space is not easy. But overall definitely worth the price.

Location, location, location. We stayed here to be close to Gainbridge Arena and were happy to be that close. Restaurants are a few blocks away and the choices are endless. The apartment was perfect for us and the parking extremely convenient. Really enjoyed our stay.
