My home is a beautiful 3-bedroom, American Foursquare Craftsman style home, built in 1913, and furnished in period Arts and Crafts / Mission style. It is situated directly across the street from the historic Riverside Park and the White River, and minutes from the Indy 500 and the city's best attractions. Pet friendly by special arrangement Diversity of all kinds welcomed and celebrated! Breakfast included, and generally consist of yogurt, granola, fruit, hard boiled eggs, juice, and coffee.

We’re located in Castleton (Far North Indy) close to restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, & all the highways in Indy. WE LIVE UPSTAIRS. Guests fail to read the entire listing so please do. Ruoff Music Center-12 min, downtown-20 min, Convention center-25 min, Grand Park-25 min, Airport-35 min. Fishers Event Center-8 min. Apt has its own separate entrance w/keyless lock. Our place is good for couples/solo/business travelers/families w/small kids. WE DO NOT RENT TO LOCALS.

Only a 13 minute drive to downtown Indy and Convention Center and a 20 minute drive to the Children’s Museum. Entire upstairs of home in historic Irvington. Walk to restaurants, ice cream, local brewery and Starbucks! Two bedrooms - the first has a queen bed and the second has a full and a twin bed. There is a full private bath upstairs and also large backyard with a deck! Enjoy this beautiful neighborhood and Hoosier hospitality!
