Their attention to detail and thoughtful touches throughout the Airbnb truly made it feel like a home away from home. The space was clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Their hospitality went above and beyond – whether it was offering helpful local tips or ensuring I had everything I needed, they were always kind, responsive, and accommodating. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. I absolutely loved my time here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in the future. David was a great host the place was good for my husband work trip it's good for 2 people. Location was easy to find. parking was no problem. David answered any questions we had.

We had a great stay at Josie and Rob’s when we came into town for the Fever game. Josie was very responsive and so kind when talking with her. I would definitely recommend staying here, it is so close to everything, we felt very safe and were able to bring our dog along! We will definitely be staying again in the future!

This is the perfect location explore the best of Indianapolis! The carriage house clean, charming, and within easy walking distance to all the Mass Ave. restaurants.

Wonderful stay in the guesthouse—private, park like setting that made us forget we were just a few miles from the heart of downtown. The house was very comfortable and very relaxing, so much so that we skipped a bit of our conference to enjoy morning coffee and breakfast on the patio… Beautiful guesthouse and grounds—Jack & Bridget were the perfect hosts!

This was our second stay with Adam and we were just as pleased with this visit as our first. Adam's place is comfortable (particularly the bed!), clean, and a great value. The washer/dryer and garage parking are great 'perks.' The Coca-Cola Bottleworks District is close-by and is a great option for entertainment and food.

Super nice host. They shared eggs from their chickens with us. Spent an evening with the host and shared story’s . Wonderful host.

We absolutely loved this place! I actually would love to live there! The instructions for location and entry were easy to follow and understand. Kavitha was very responsive to all inquiries in a very timely manner. The apartment is light and airy and it is pristine. In Kavitha’s introduction of herself, she says she spends a lot of time on interior design as a hobby. Well, it certainly shows in the Carriage House, because the furniture, the accessories, the linens, the bedding, the entire vibe of the place was so tastefully done and aesthetically pleasing! Everything was high quality, down to the soaps and cleaning products. It was very comfortable and a great space to relax in. If you are looking at the Carriage House to stay, I would say “DO IT!!” You will not be sorry!

Great peaceful getaway!

Had a great stay in this guest house. This place was super cute and very well cleaned. It was perfect for our short stay in Indianapolis but would also be great for longer stays since it has a stocked kitchen, big closet and a washer and dryer. Will definitely look for this listing next time we come into town!

I would say this is a good place for two people who need a quick place to stay. We only stayed one night. The RV was very clean. My wife and I were on the double bed and it was very comfortable. My son stayed on the pull out sofa which had a bit of a slant to it. Couldn't figure out a way to make it level. But otherwise, acceptable. The price was quite high. The reason was there were three big events. Indiana Pacers playoff game, Indiana Fever game and the Indianapolis 500. So, that's why the price was so high. If I need to go again, for non-big event weekend, I expect the price to be lower. But it's all about supply and demand. Yet, very satisfied with the accommodations.

The apartment over the garage was clean with simple decor. It is spacious and private. If you are over 6’’ tall, you may have trouble with the angled ceiling over the shower head. I found it difficult, in the dark, to find the house number by the street. If someone is with you, it would be easier since it is a busy street. The hosts were responsive and provided photos of where to park and how to enter the apartment which were very helpful !

The place was very clean and cozy and perfect for what we needed. Located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, the back yard was super comfortable and relaxing. In the evening the birds were very active and nice to sit back and enjoy. I would definitely stay again. Val and Andrew were awesome hosts.

We had a girls weekend in The Bottleworks district in Indy and had a wonderful time! The Airbnb was close to shopping, food & entertainment! Ben was very responsive and attentive. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This apartment is in a perfect location. walkable to downtown, and plenty to do in the neighborhood and surrounding area. Street parking is super easy, and everything about the apartment was comfortable. We'll definitely look to stay here the next time we're in Indy.

The location is super convenient to downtown, making it easy to explore the area without spending a lot of time in the car. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

This was our second time staying in Deb's carriage house. We love the neighborhood and how close it is to so many attractions in Indianapolis. There are many restaurants and bars/breweries in walking distance. The carriage house is comfortable, clean, well stocked and very well kept. Deb is great with communication and the house is easy to access.

Great spot in fountain square. Easy walk to many restaurants and downtown. Easy access, airbnb was extremely clean, and Wendy was very responsive to any questions. We had a great stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Quiet, private, yet very close to many restaurants/ bars. There is a nearby train that comes through infrequently, but it never bothered me or disturbed my sleep. Check-in was a breeze, and Kelly was quick to respond anytime I had a question. I’ll definitely want to stay here again anytime I’m in Indy!

We were in Indiana for a funeral. I had recently had a knee replacement and my wife had a severe sprained ankle and was in a boot. We were looking for a comfortable, quiet place where we would be able to have some downtime. Dana's was perfect. It was convenient to the airport as well as the north side of Indianapolis. It was comfortable, clean, and Dana was an accommodating host. We would highly recommend and would be very happy to stay there again in a return visit to indy.

Collyn’s place was perfect to bring our two dogs to for an overnight stay on our way from Virginia to Wyoming. It was a shame we only had the one evening as the location is quiet with plenty of nearby restaurants and such. The yard was plenty big enough for our Dutch Shepherd to chase a ball and work off some energy after a long drive. The guest house was the perfect size for my wife and I with modern, tasteful and CLEAN…everything. The snacks were a welcome plus as well as some waters and coffee. We’ll, absolutely, stay again our next time through!
