This is a lovely home in a very safe area. A close drive to the convention center. Andrew is a great host and even accomodated a late check out for us when our travel plans changed. Visit Tappers arcade bar up the road for some fun while here. Thanks for a great stay!

This was my second stay at Amanda’s place, and it was just as wonderful as the first. Tucked in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood near downtown, it’s the perfect mix of convenience and comfort. The home is lovely, but the real standout? The top-tier snacks and fresh fruit—they truly go above and beyond. I’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely wonderful for a self-care getaway! The house is amazing with its decor and vibe. Especially nice to have a washing machine and dryer! Beds were soooo soft and linens were very comfy. It was nice to sit out on the back patio and drink tea in the morning. Cute, quiet neighborhood close to so many things! Nicolle was extremely responsive and quick to answer if I had any questions. Parking was so convenient, and I felt very safe and comfortable being by myself. Will definitely stay again, hopefully for a mother-daughter with my mom sometime soon!

Mike’s place was everything my group and I needed for our race weekend in Indy. All of my interactions with him and his team from before our arrive until after we left were helpful and timely. Requests and questions were met with informative responses — even ones in the early morning hours. The home has plenty of spaces to sleep and beds are comfy. The outdoor space was perfect for a bbq night. We loved being so close to everything Broad Ripple has to offer as well. Would definitely look to stay again in the future!

Staying at Madisson’s apartment as a foreigner was one of the best decisions i could make. Her responses were quick, instructions clear, the place was absolutely comfortable! The bed…. Had amazing sleep!! The place has a beautiful view to the canal, minutes away from that scenery. 15 min walk from downtown, 1 min walk from bus station, so it has a great location. The building is completly private so you would not get in with out your access key, that made me feel really safe. Had the absolute best experience to have her as my host and feeling comfortable in her place away from home. Definetely would recommend and would come back!!!!

Christina was extremely kind and extremely responsive whenever we had a question. The apartment is charming, spacious, clean, and very nicely decorated. She left us plenty of coffee and other goodies to use. The location is in a charming neighborhood just minutes from downtown which makes it very accessible to everywhere you want to go. Overall a wonderful place to stay, I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Great place to stay. Was centrally located to our needs and activities. Clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out was easy, clear instructions. Peaceful setting on the lake. We would stay again on our next visit.

Great location that was perfect for our family weekend in Indy. Street noise was a little loud from celebrating the Pacer's win, but that didn't bother us! The pool was perfect for our kids and we had a great time staying here.

I had to come in for business and there were a number of us, so we ended up all get accomodations through CozySuites at the Penrose apartments. We also have a person who lives there so it was more convenient. Everything about the place, building and surroundings were just perfect. No issues at all and everything was comfy and cozy. There are lots of restaurants in the area and lots of walkable things to do. I would stay there again without even thinking about it - this is the best option around!

We had an awesome stay. Hunter was great, let us check-in hours early, dropped off some toiletries when we ran out, and provide us some good recommendations. Will likely be here again next year! No complaints at all.

This was my second stay here. The house is clean and comfortable with a great kitchen to cook in. I was working locally and this location is very convenient. I'll be returning in a month and hope to stay here then.

One of our best Airbnb experiences to date. Wonderful, communicative hosts with great recommendations, and super helpful with questions. The house was perfect for our Indy 500 getaway and had the most adorable race weekend decorations. Molly was kind enough to stock the house with drinks and snacks for us as well. The location was super convenient and we felt right at home. HIGHLY recommend for a trip to Indianapolis!!!

This place has it ALL! The location was perfect and everything was within walking distance! The penthouse itself was extremely clean and BEAUTIFUL. There were so many activities/amenities in the penthouse itself that we felt we didn’t need to leave to have a great time! Communication with the host was easy. He was responsive and made sure to check in to make sure everything was perfect! We will definitely be back and I will be sure to recommend this Airbnb to everyone! I can’t say enough great things about this place!!!!!!

very nice to spend a few days on vacation with my family, a quiet place and sach is very attentive

This cozy little house was in the perfect location for our stay in Broad Ripple. We were easily with-in walking distance to the Moman Trail and all the restaurants in the area. There was a nice park a block away for the dog. The street was quiet and residential. We had no trouble parking 2 cars in front of the house. There was seating for 4 in the living room which is always appreciated. Communication was exceptional, and the house was clean. There was even a nice basket of snacks awaiting our arrival. If I can to knit pick on anything - maybe some new pillows for the beds would be a nice addition. We would not hesitate to book this house again.
