Marco was a gentleman and a great host. Very accommodating. The location is stunning, beautiful views over the hills. Definitely recommend.

Stefano was such a great host! He left us a few bottles of sparkly and gave us the best recommendations for local places to eat and explore! The house was huge and beautiful and the view was truly amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather messing something up with it, but we had a great, peaceful, relaxing stay regardless! Would totally recommend and would totally stay here again.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend tranquillo e piacevole in questa villa. Luogo silenzioso e lontano da rumori. Marco è stato molto gentile, ci ha dato indicazioni sulla zona e in quali ristoranti mangiare. Villa uguale alla descrizione, immersa nella natura. Ambienti spaziosi e puliti. Casa pulita molto ben arredata, fornita di tutto. Posizione comoda per gli spostamenti verso le varie località di mare. Siamo stati benissimo. Grazie a Mariapia per la sua cordialità e disponibilità. Torneremo senz’altro.

Nous avons occupé les deux appartements pendant une semaine au mois d’août . Notre premier critère était de des trouver un logement pour 15 personnes pour des vacances en famille enfants et cousins . Nous voulions un logement confortable avec un extérieur pour les grandes tablées familiales . Et être à proximité de la Mer pour que chacun puisse être autonome à son rythme . En cela la villa Arzilla a été parfaite ! En plus nous avons été accueillis par des propriétaires très sympathiques qui ont été très à l’écoute de nos besoins et hyper réactifs! Même si cela reste secondaire Le style des appartements nous a beaucoup plu avec son esprit brocante vintage ! La petite plage accessible à proximité n’est pas paradisiaque il y a bien sûr des plages plus jolies aux alentours mais à nous elle a beaucoup plus car elle était notre plage quasi privée très peu fréquentée et aussi parce que nous avons pu y apporter tout le matériel de plage lits et parasol mis à disposition par Les propriétaires . Pour y être plus à l’aise je vous conseille de faire la connaissance de Mario le « patron » de la plage et de vous en faire un allié . Malgré son Apparence acariâtre il est très sympathique et il vous racontera son histoire de grand styliste et de grand nageur ! Bonnes vacances à la villa arzilla à la découverte de la magnifiQue région des Abruzzes !

Zusammengefasst: Grosse Empfehlung! Vor Reiseantritt war der Kontakt mit Paolo super. Sehr aufmerksam. Wegen einer Strassensperrung mussten wir früher anreisen. Paolo bot uns unaufgefordert an früher einzuchecken. Die Villa ist genial. Die Kinder haben sich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Eigener Gartenbereich, eigenes Jacuzzi und riesiger Gemeinschaftspool. Alles sehr gepflegt. Paolo war jeden Morgen da um nach dem Rechten zu sehen. Ansonsten war seine zuckersüsse Mutter immer vor Ort. Niemals aufdringlich - wir hatten maximale Privatsphäre und Freiheit. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet und sehr grosszügig. Das Bad und die Küche hätten einzig bei gewissen Fugen eine Auffrischung verdient. Aber alles war sauber! Dass nicht alles Geschirr bei jedem Neuantritt gereinigt werden kann, ist klar. Hier ein Appell an Airbnb Gäste. Paolo hat uns mit Tipps versorgt, Wünsche erfüllt und war mit seiner Mutter der perfekte Gastgeber. Für uns ein „superhost“. Anna e Paolo, un grande abbraccio!!!

lieve Helenia en familie, We hebben veel plezier gehad bij jullie. het appartement op de begane grond is ruim en mooi. we waren verrast, omdat het veel mooier is dan op de foto's. we hebben veel genoten van de zitplaats buiten en de grote tuin. We zijn dankbaar voor de lekkere cake, eieren, wijn, pasta saus en ga zo maar door. Wat een lieve mensen zijn jullie. er moeten meer mensen zoals jullie bestaan. ik raad iedereen aan om hier te verblijven! Meer dan je geld waard. Liefs van ons.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa il week end della befana. Ci ha accolti Francesca, sorella di Eleonora, molto cordiale, attenta a tutto e ad ogni nostra richiesta. La casa davvero accogliente, caldissima, nonostante grande, camere spaziose e fornita di tutto ciò di cui c'è bisogno in una casa. Posto bellissimo, tranquillo e centrale, bar sotto casa e nei dintorni tabacchi, alimentari...ci si può spostare tranquillamente senza macchina... La mattina della befana Francesca ha fatto trovare x i nostri bimbi una calza strapiena di caramelle. Gesto graditissimo è inaspettato... Fara è piccola ma davvero bella. Da visitare... Grazie di tutto!

Una persona splendida, casa molto meglio da vicino che dalle foto

Luisa è un host impeccabile e l’appartamento rispecchia a Pino la descrizione e le foto. Il mare dista a solo 5 minuti a piedi è molto apprezzato la possibilità di usufruire di ombrelloni e sdraio in un Lido molto bello. Esperienza più che positiva che sicuramente riproveremo.

Chiara è stata un host molto gentile e disponibile ma non invadente. L’alloggio corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione e ha un’ottima posizione nel centro di Vasto: vicino al belvedere, parcheggio facile e vicinissimo in macchina al mare.

Csodálatos pár napot töltöttünk itt és már most visszamennénk. A szállás makulátlanul tiszta, felszereltsége minden igényt kielégít: teljesen felszerelt konyha, és fürdőszoba, wifi, ingyenes parkoló- a mosógép és a strandszolgáltatás csak a hab a tortán. A kilátás a teraszról a tengerre pazar, a tengerpart a hullámokkal felejthetetlen. Az egyetlen negatívum számunkra a közeli éttermek csekély száma volt és hogy mindegyikbe előre kellett asztalt foglalni, ha fogyasztani szerettünk volna. Összességében ár érték arányban kiváló, jó szívvel ajánljuk mindenkinek.

We spent one night in Luigi’s apartment and we had a very comfortable stay. The house is located in a wonderful place, with a lovely view from the terrace in front of it. It was incredibly quiet so we had a very restful sleep. The landscapes around the house are well worth a visit! Highly recommended!!

Lovely peaceful setting with great pool and terrace area provided everything we needed for a home from home holiday. The only negative thing was a lack of microwave. The house was well stocked with things like toilet rolls and cleaning products and we were given a lovely welcome basket of locally produced food items, wine and beers and even a delicious cake made by the host. During our stay we needed to contact the host and they responded quickly. The gardens were very well maintained and totally private with automatic gates. The road leading up to the house is very steep so a powerful car is needed but all in all we had a great holiday.

Es war blitzsauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt – wie bei guten Freunden. Tolles Haus, ruhig gelegen mit viel Privatsphäre, super Aussicht. Ein paar grad kühler als am Strand und ein leichter Wind, so ließ es sich selbst im August Hochsommer super aushalten. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten rund ums Haus. Mega toller Pool mit Sprungbrett. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Ewa ist ein super Host! Sie hat uns alles gezeigt und bei allem sofort geholfen! Es hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht in Pineto. Die Fahrräder waren sehr hilfreich (wir hatten später einen Mietwagen), weil Pineto die nächste Einkaufsgelegenheit ist. Danke!

Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. It looks even better than in the photos! Super peaceful & communication with the hosts was a deem. A little trouble with electricity but hey - it‘s rural Italy :) would definitely book again!

L'Host Alessandro è stato fin da subito disponibile a rispondere alle nostre richieste e a fornire informazioni utili al soggiorno. Ci ha fatto addirittura trovare una specialità dolciaria del posto (Bocconotti) come benvenuto. L'appartamento era pulito e ben arredato provvisto di tutti i confort. Alessandro ci ha inoltre omaggiato, addirittura, di una lattina di olio di sua produzione. In poche parole ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra. Ottima esperienza !!!! Consigliatissimo !!!!!

L’endroit est magnifique. L’appartement était très propres, bien entretenu et confortable. Les enfants ont adorés la piscine et la proximité avec les animaux.
