Great accommodation, well located in the center of Villapiana lido, equipped with everything you need and very clean. You can walk comfortably to both restaurants and the sea. There is a pedestrian crossing not indicated by the various navigators to reach the beach, it takes about 3 minutes on foot. Same for evening walks on the waterfront. Services such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. As per the description, there is private parking, during our stay (1 week) we never used the car. Giuliano is a very active Host, all our questions were answered almost immediately. It will definitely be a place to come back to.

Dream vacation in Villapiana that never disappoints... top beach and sea. Casa Nina is cozy, new, clean, and cared for in every detail. They've thought of everything. You can feel the passion and dedication of the hosts. The location is spectacular by the sea. Places and services within walking distance. Parking under the house. Assorted and new equipment. Very clear house instructions. Esmeralda is very kind to fulfill any "extra" requests quickly. As soon as we arrived, they pampered us with a welcome of fruit and the necessary ingredients for a pasta with tomato sauce, as well as water and coffee. Casa Nina is synonymous with total relaxation on vacation for me... Marco and Esmeralda have thought of everything! Despite the accurate descriptions and photos corresponding to reality, for me the accommodation exceeded expectations! I will definitely recommend it to my acquaintances and I hope to be able to return again. Thank you for the nice vacation... My boyfriend and I will keep a wonderful memory!

Nice place within easy walking distance to the beach with restaurant and beach bars nearby. We loved having access to both a pool and the beach. The place was secure, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The manager, Luca, was awesome and deserves his own 5-star rating! His responsiveness and warm hospitality would make coming back here an easy decision!

We felt comfortable immediately 🤗 the apartment is very nicely decorated, everything was sparkling clean. The kitchen is well equipped, even coffee was available ☺️ The bathroom is very comfortable, a highlight is the outdoor shower and cooking in the open air. The beach is not so beautiful, but it is definitely worth driving further south. Communication was friendly and very fast. Mario welcomed and instructed us very warmly. The accomodation has been excellent, from the beginning of my stay I have felt great. Everything has been as expected. The communication with Giuliano was proactive and above all customer centric. His response times were extraordinary and every upcoming question or issue has been clarified within minutes. I fully recommend this apartment to everyone going to Villapiana Lido. All shops can be reached within minutes and also the beach is so close that it has been an ease to reach it by foot. Enjoy your stay at this apartment as I did!

A very good choice to stay in Cariati. A very comfortable house and a very nice and helpful host. We can honestly recomend this place to other people. We really spent there 6 magnificent days.

Exceptional accommodation above the city, in a private park of a historic palazzo, furnished with a lot of love for detail. Very friendly, helpful and committed landlords... Highly recommend!

I stayed in Villetta Paradiso and what to say, great location, the sea can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot and therefore also the long sea in the evening, which offers a wide choice of places to stop for dinner or even just to have a drink. Also very close to a supermarket. Clean apartment, exactly the same as described and super friendly hosts.

the accommodation is very well equipped but the neighborhood can be noisy.

We really enjoyed our stay in Elio‘s Airbnb. The house is very well equipped with many bedrooms, bathrooms, a kitchen where you can prepare breakfast / small dinner and air condition in every bedroom & living room. The communication with Elio was easy and he gave us very good instructions to find the Airbnb. Would definitely recommend to others!
