Vacation rentals with beach access in Marina di Ginosa

Great! The host was very friendly— provided you with local parking and a parking pass as well as picks you up and transports you to and from the home. The host also provided us with a complementary bottle of wine and snacks. The location is 10/10. AC worked very well. The location is above a busy restaurant. Bring ear plugs because the weekends are busy— however, the noise was not an issue at all for us. People who complained about the noise just were not prepared. We had a wonderful stay at Giovanna's. The apartment was much bigger than expected and light and airy. The terrace out from the living space was amazing! You can just relax by staying in and having a nice glass of wine with a good book to read. We ate in for lunch and a couple of times made dinner because the terrace was so comfortable. There are 64 steps to get up to the apartment but it's well worth the climb. The apartment is central to everything. It is situated in the old Town which has little quirky streets with shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend Giovanna's place to stay, you won't be disappointed! We had a great stay. The location was perfect for getting anywhere in the city, local enough not to be overrun with noise or tourists. A great local wine bar at the end of the block was perfect for an end-of-the-day or a start-of-the-evening glass of wine. We like to keep our reviews as clear as possible- PROS Location, quiet, snacks on arrival, plenty of towels, comfy bed, patio, washer, great communication CONS Hot water runs out fast, the bedroom is not closed off from other areas of the space, the shower is super small

We were very pleased with our stay. Host Giacomo was very attentive and always answered our questions very quickly and satisfactorily. The apartment is ideal for two people, very tastefully furnished and very clean. Kitchen is well equipped to prepare small meals for yourself. The beach is a 3-minute walk away. We love our stay. The place is super comfortable and cozy. The location is great and easy to access, while not being a noisy street. Rafaelle and his wife welcomed us very well and gave us good tips about Polignano. Rafaelle took us to a local cafe, always very helpful. Highly recommended.

It’s a great accommodation bang right in the centro storico! Great restaurants nearby and Irene is so helpful with everything! I had a great stay and definitely will stay here again when I come visit again :)))

Absolutely LOVED this condo! Great location to everything, great view, super spacious and Simonetta was extremely helpful with giving us local recommendations or anything we needed. This location is walkable to everything - old town, bus or train station, restaurants and had a grocery store right across the street. And the coffee machine in the condo was incredible!! Highly recommend this condo for a stay in Monopoli. Gracie!

Fantastic flat in Bari. Very spacious and clean. Just outside the main touristy areas so very quiet, about a 20-30 minute walk into the city centre.

Great place, but staying in a multi-level place can be a nuisance in the long run. Each room is on a different floor. However, it has its charm! Beautiful view from the deck. A wonderful quiet neighborhood, despite being close to the main attractions.

Adorable apartment close to the center of town. Easy communication with the host. Five minute easy walk to historic center. The place was clean and the key easy to use. I reccomend this home.

Excellent Airbnb in Monopoli! It is even more beautiful than the pictures. Perfect location, right in the center of town and walkable to everything. Host was incredibly nice. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We arrived the evening that Verizon telecommunications went down so we had no way to contact Maricina. We were to contact her by the AirBnB app but we were unable to do that because of the outage. Fortunately she was there waiting for us and we really appreciate that. She also suggested activities and gave us good instructions. I can see why she has earned super host status. The apartment has a sense of style and there is plenty of room for all your belongings. Also the appliances are very modern. We loved it!

Can't say enough about how nice Andrea was. He met us at the street and had saved us a parking space close to the apartment. Walked us the short distance to the apartment and gave us a tour of the place. He provided the best welcome package of any of the places we stayed on this trip. Water, snacks, a huge bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of Proseco. He's a laid back, kind person and wants his guests to have a good time. He also sent us on our way with three bags of tasty local treats AND a cute little jar that per local custom is supposed to bring good luck. It definitely worked as I had misplaced my wallet and had turned the place upside down looking for it before he arrived. Within five minutes of receipt of the jar of luck, my wallet was found!! Thanks Andrea! Regarding the apartment, it has good AC, a nice little balcony from the top floor and all necessary kitchen items. The unit is spread out on four floors, so you'll get your steps in. All in all a great stay in Bari

This place is like a time capsule 100 years back. Set right on the beach, amazing property with great views of the sea. Would definitely stay here again. Only problem was that WiFi was not working as internet lines were down and our phone reception was minimal too, so we had hard time connecting with friends/family or even things like streaming music and planning our trips to surrounding towns. The host is great and very responsive.

Absolutely amazing place, and one of the best views for the sunset and sunrise in Polignano a Mare. We stayed a week and the house is incredible, with the sea view, balconies, roof terrace and rooftop. Walking distance from everywhere. Jacqueline was nice and very helpful, gave us plenty of good tips. Lots of steps and tiny bathrooms but we loved them too.

Silvanas house is wonderful, right across from the beach,with even better beaches minutes away. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella which were very helpful. Silvana was very helpful and commutative, I would recommend staying here.

Beautiful town and the villa was very local! Close to everything! Walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking a challenge as small streets but a car park is very close. Great roof top terrace with sea views.

Piermario and Antonio are exceptional hosts. We had a very good welcome with the presentation of the accommodation which is wonderfully equipped, everything was planned to feel at home. Small culinary touches awaited us, two bikes that we used almost every day to go to the covered market or to the train station to take the train, or to go to the beach, not to mention the small inner courtyard, a real little gem. They thought of everything including the barbecue. You won't want to leave once you're there. The geographical location is ideal with transport nearby and shops, restaurants etc. They are very responsive as soon as a small problem arises. We only have one desire, and that's to go back. We loved our stay at Giorgio’s place. He is by far our favourite host. Lovely welcome gift and a farewell breakfast The place was clean and spacious with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Great shower and kitchen with everything you need for a very pleasant stay. Netflix available for the end of a big day. Giorgio is always available with help when needed and made our stay in Bari just perfect. Thank Giorgio, you’re the best.

Rossellas house is located within walking distance (approx. 10 minutes) from Castro Maria. The house features two beedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and several terraces overlooking the see. When longing for a swim in the see you can go to Cala dell´Acquaviva which is a small but very lovely beach located just a few minutes from Rosellas house. At Cala dell´Acquaviva you find a kiosk and a very good restaurant. You can also go to Castro Marina where the old harbour has been turned into "swimming-area". Longing for more urban activites, you will reach Lecce be car in approx. 40 minutes.

Clean & well kept condo. Great communication & host. Parking can be a challenge.
