Notre séjour a été tout simplement parfait. Les explications fournies avant et lors de notre arrivée étaient claires et précises, ce qui nous a permis de nous installer en toute sérénité. Le logement correspondait en tous points au descriptif, sans la moindre mauvaise surprise. Son emplacement est idéal : accès à la plage et à la ville à pied, avec de sublimes balades à découvrir aux alentours. Il offre une vue imprenable et magnifique sur Benidorm, un véritable spectacle à contempler chaque jour. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel et parfaitement adapté à une famille. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés ! Vous ne serez pas déçu. La résidence est calme et très sécurisée, ce qui est un véritable atout lorsque l’on voyage avec des enfants. Claudio a été aux petits soins tout au long du séjour pour s’assurer que tout se passait bien, et je lui en suis infiniment reconnaissante. 🙏Voyager en hiver nous a permis de profiter du calme de l’endroit.

Prachtig huis waar we hebben genoten van het heerlijke zwembad en de mooie inrichting. We vonden de verschillende terrassen bij het zwembad en bij het huis heel fijn en sfeervol ingericht. We misten een gootsteen stopper en een parasol bij het zwembad. Dit werd meteen geregeld toen we hiernaar vroegen. Heel fijn. Het uitzicht bij het huis net als de omgeving is echt prachtig. Veel mogelijkheden om te wandelen. We komen graag een keer terug.

Fantastisk terrass som vi alla blev förälskade i. Rent och fräscht, relativt stora utrymmen och 5-10 min promenad till city. Större matbutik 3 min bort. Enda nackdelen var att trappuppgången saknade hiss, lägenheten ligger på fjärde våningen. Sängarna & kuddarna skulle gärna få vara mjukare men jag skulle ändå rekommendera denna lägenhet till alla jag känner. Prisvärt och Carlos är en mycket bra hyresvärd!

The balcony and the view WOW!! Apartment is huge and well worth the cost . Be ready for the walk up the hill , but the view makes this very worth while . Apartments was very clean and the hosts communicated very well . The pools are great and other activities available too . It’s a quiet location but easy to walk to the hustle and bustle if you want a bit of both . Thanks for an amazing stay .

We booked this apartment because it included underground parking, but be aware it is first-come first-served and not a reserved space. The car park was full when we arrived (and spaces are tight with cars being bigger nowadays) but luckily someone left after 20 minutes so we used that space and did not dare move the car again during our stay. Once we were parked, it was great and a relief. Yana checking us in and out was very communicative and helpful.

Recomiendo la estancia en este apartamento en Sunset waves. Y por su puesto a su anfitrión Joaquin y Fernanda. El apartamento es muy bello, destacan sus vistas, modernidad y limpieza. Está en una zona de poniente tranquila pero que alberga todo tipo de restauración, planes y la playa a apenas dos minutos andando. El precio que tiene es más competitivo que el resto de apartamentos del mismo Edificio, las instalaciones fantásticas y sin duda repetiremos. Muchas gracias por todo Saludos

Wir haben 9 Tage in der tollen Wohnung von Luis verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts und das Bett ist sehr bequem. Das Highlight ist natürlich die Dachterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und sonnigen sowie schattigen Plätzen. Luis selber ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, der uns sehr freundlich empfangen hat und uns neben tollen Restaurant Tips auch gleich Tische reserviert hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Realmente un placer estar en el bello depto de María! Muy cerquita de la playa y con piscina! En el depto había de todo. Muy bien ubicado. Con gusto volveremos.

Fantastisch verblijf! Het was echt thuis komen na onze activiteiten overdag in alicante. Het is niet dichtbij het centrum maar prima te doen met een Uber. Leuke restaurantjes in de buurt en goede supermarkt en outlet. Prachtig zwembad, prima keuken, badkamers en bedden. We zouden het zonder twijfel nog een keer kiezen!

Wij hebben een superfijne week gehad hier na een gastvrij en vriendelijk ontvangst. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en het zwembad is heerlijk! Bedankt voor alles!

Had a great time at Lora’s house! We stayed over a month and it was a really nice place to stay for a longer period. The house is located on a hill, which is a climb to walk to from the beach/Harbour, but then again the view from the spacious terrace is amazing! I really recommend this accommodation, also the communication with Lora was great!

We hebben een leuke en goede vakantie gehad met 2 gezinnen met 4 kinderen.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, höflich und nett. Die Villa war sehr traumhaft, luxuriös, sauber und ordentlich. Es hängen einige wunderschöne Gemälden von der Gastgeberin höchstpersönlich, man fühlt sich wie in einer gehobenen Kunstgalerie. Wir haben eine Woche lang einen unvergesslichen Urlaub erlebt - paradiesisch trifft es ganz gut. Ich bedanke mich bei der Gastgeberin Victoria für die Zeit. Auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert!!! 😃

Hem anat en família i hem estat molt bé a casa Adelina. La casa està molt ben equipada i molt neta, no ens ha faltat de res. Ella és molt amable i atenta i ho ha posat tot molt fàcil. El poble d’Ebo és molt bonic i tranquil. Esperem tornar algun dia.

An amazing host — incredibly flexible and accommodating. She let us check in late and even allowed a late check-out, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Her communication was excellent throughout, with super quick responses and thoughtful recommendations. The accommodation itself was beautiful — even better than the photos, which really don’t do it justice! Altea is a wonderful place to visit, and staying here made it even more special. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Jestem zachwycona pobytem u Rosa Maria! Mieszkanie jest absolutnie fantastyczne. Spełniło wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Czyste, bezpieczne, wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne do wakacyjnego pobytu dla kilku osób. Uwielbiałyśmy poranną kawę na tarasie:-). Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra: pod domem przystanek autobusowy i tramwajowy. W kilka minut jesteś na plaży albo w centrum miasta. W odległości krótkiego spaceru są sklepy spożywcze, apteka i restauracja. Do tego Rosa Maria - najlepszy gospodarz, jakiego można sobie wymarzyć!! Opiekowała się nami przez cały pobyt i była bardzo życzliwa i serdeczna. Wrócimy do niej na pewno. Mam nadzieję, że niedługo!

The apartment was lovely-new building and immaculate. All you need inside and nice quiet location. Great underground garage parking for my camper van (2.1m height) and bikes although plenty of safe parking just outside. Great location, on the sea front with views of walking area and sea. Just a 5 or so minute walk to the lovely beach surrounded by nice restaurants. Hope to be back soon. Thanks.

Excelente alojamiento!! Uno se sentirá como en casa No faltó de nada. Está equipado con todo lo necesario en casa Lo volvería a repetir!

Eines der schönsten Airbnb in denen ich bisher war. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum (line 5,4 und L21 halten nahe der Unterkunft) dafür aber direkt am langen san juan Strand. Dort kann man auch liegen und Schirme mieten. Alternativ ist in der Unterkunft ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand vorhanden. Den san juan Strand fand ich schöner und nicht ganz so stark überlaufen, wie der Strand in der Innenstadt. Ca. 30 Minuten mit der Bahn/bus bis Pouerta del mar in der Innenstadt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut ausgestattet z.b. auch mit Salz, Pfeffer, Öl und Essig. Tetyana war super freundlich und bei Fragen schnell zu erreichen. Sie hat mir sogar Insektenspray besorgt und vorbeigebracht, da der Supermarkt sonntags zu hatte. Der Supermarkt ist sehr nah an der Unterkunft und der Strand ist in ca. 10 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. Wenn man viel am Strand entspannen möchte ist das die perfekte Unterkunft. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt 🙂

Jsme velice rádi, že jsme si vybrali ubytování právě od Sonia. Byt se nachází v prvním patře v klidné lokalitě, s výhledem do přírody a na hory, možnost parkování přímo u domu. Možnost využití společných bazénů se skluzavkami a barem. Pláž, restaurace i obchod jsou v docházkové vzdálenosti. Předpokládala jsem, že byt bude podle popisu vybaven, ale realita doslova předčila mé očekávání. V bytě nechybělo vůbec nic, byl dokonalý, měl naprosto vše. V podstatě vše, co máte doma a možná i věci, co ani doma někteří nemáte :) Byt má své kouzlo, svojí duši a díky mnoha dekoracím je i velmi útulný. Máte skutečně pocit, že vám právě někdo svěřil svůj domov, abyste tam mohl strávit svou dovolenou. Navíc majitel je stále na telefonu připraven vám kdykoliv poradit a pomoct, klobouk dolů :) Ještě jednou moc děkujeme a ostatním doporučujeme!
