We stayed for 3 nights. The apartment was perfect in many ways.... location, peaceful, restaurants, bars, tram, bus to airport nearby, shortwalk to high street shops and very close to amazing Mercat Central d'Alacant. Everything that you might need was considered and available in the apartment. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was powerful. The temperature control and fan in bedroom worked well to keep us cool. We really enjoyed our stay.

The accommodation is located on Calpe's main street, in a very atmospheric area and close to the beach. The house is very nice, tastefully decorated and well-kept. Its terrace is huge, ideal for summer, and has a fan and air conditioning. As for the contact with Virginia, excellent, at all times he cared about explaining everything, adapting schedules and resolving any questions. She's been a great hostess. When we go to Calpe, we will definitely repeat.

Great apartment to go with kids. The kitchen amenities are a little short (cutlery and dishes) but the rest is perfect. We had a great time

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and we particularly loved the balcony space. The facilities in the building were first class and we used the indoor pool every day. Swim caps are required but can be bought for €3 at the desk. Views are incredible and it was only a 30 minute walk to the old town. A taxi home was only €7 and a 5 minute drive. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and shops nearby. All the staff were friendly and the gated security entrance gave you a nice feeling of security. We are already thinking of booking for next year as it is the most relaxed we have felt in recent holidays.

Beautiful apartment with a nice balcony. Even though it was December, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and seeing the ocean. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for a long-term stay. We stayed 2 weeks and it was lovely. The beach is just a couple of blocks down the street. The walk to Benidorm Old Town takes about an hour, but there are busses that run frequently and the bus stop is very close. There are a lot of bars and restaurants in the area. The only negative is that there is a karaoke bar below the apartment. Luckily, it was off season and they were only open a couple of nights, but it was very loud and they are open until 1:00 a.m. Other than that, the apartment is amazing and Angelika is a fantastic host.

The photos don't do it justice, it's a very spacious apartment with spectacular views. It also feels a lot of privacy. When you arrive, you find that you have everything in place, it's like being at home, you don't need to bring almost anything. For us, the most important thing is the cleanliness and this apartment met our expectations, we felt very comfortable since we arrived. Cathy is always attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries. We would come back without thinking!

I recently completed my second stay at this apartment at Sunset Waves, and it was another fantastic experience! I stayed for three weeks, and everything about the apartment exceeded my expectations once again. Antonio was a great host who ensured everything was seamless, with a very convenient contactless check-in process that made arriving and settling in so easy. The apartment was spotless on arrival, and the attention to cleanliness truly made it feel like a home away from home. The amenities at Sunset Waves are amazing! The heated pool was perfect for unwinding at any time of day, and the on-site gym was a huge plus, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine throughout my stay. It’s rare to find a place that offers such a fantastic combination of comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch amenities, all while being in such a convenient location. I can’t recommend Antonios place at Sunset Waves enough, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay.

This accommodation is a nice surprise. In the heart of Alicante Easy access The entrance to the building and the common areas are in keeping with the times, the lobby is New York style The basement with its laundry/dryer area is very convenient especially when traveling with a baby like me. As for the accommodation, it is very modern and well arranged. All baby equipment is present, a real plus (cot, high chair and bathtub) Beautiful French windows, beautiful volumes Not too small or too big Everything was new, clean and functional, which is rare to find especially in Alicante (center) Bed is comfy The spacious and practical bathroom (even for people with reduced mobility) the hand shower in the toilet. The cherry is the place, everything is nearby, very busy street during the day and in the evening you completely forget that you are in the center. We visited the penthouse over Christmas and when we say the place is amazing, we all meant it. All the amenities both on site and in the apartment were brilliant they really have thought of everything. As a group of 5 it met all our needs and we would give this property 5* and recommend to anyone. You are 15/20 mins to Alicante or Santa Pola or 45 mins from Benidorm by car. There is a stunning nature reserve at the back of the apartment. Loads of walking places if you enjoy it and make sure to visit Viewbar for a drink or afternoon snack or pop up the hill to Gran Alacant for the best cafe in town and to experience the platform over the edge of the cliff.

Nice apartment in wonderful location, it has everything you may need for a perfect stay, not just a regular Airbnb-prepared apartment, but feels like a home. Neighborhood is pretty and calm, small city, nice shops with fresh seafood, restaurants, everything’s near. Lidia is a nice host always ready to help. Willing to stay in future!

Nice apartment with everything we needed for a 10 day stay - the pool was a bonus! Only a 5 minute walk downhill to the Mercadona and 10 minutes to the beach. Plenty of restaurant choices nearby. We had a lovely time.
