Vacation rentals with a sauna in Marina Baixa

Flat Is very nice and clean, with a nice view of the sea and of the pool, so you can easly check your kids. kitchen has everything you need to cook. Beach is few minutes walking. Warm pool, jacuzzi, tennis and basket/soccer fields, gym, private parking space: all inside the building and free. We visited the flat in February and it was very silent and calm. 15 min from the airport. supermarket in 10' by car.

Apartment perfectly located. Beautiful view of the sea. Peaceful and quiet area. In the apartment we had everything we expected. The host was very polite and communicative. I highly recommend this place.

Super cozy, quiet neighborhood with lovely walking paths nearby. One tip is to rent a car as it is a short distance to the nearest grocery store. If you want peace and quiet, this is a great place

The apartment was very quick and easy to find. In addition, everything was exactly as described and the apartment was very clean and very well equipped, there was nothing missing :) Everything is easily accessible on foot; the airport and city are also very easy to reach by car. The pools were clean and the gym was also very well equipped. Communication with the hostess was also excellent, quickly accessible and helpful. We definitely recommend the apartment!

We had an incredible experience during our stay at this apartment in Finestrat. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the amazing premium view of Benidorms skyline(Manhattan of Spain). It was a truly spectacular view, especially at night when the city was lit up. The apartment is perfectly located, with a short distance to a large selection of shops, which made it very convenient to get everything you need without any problems. In addition, the apartment was very clean and nicely decorated, providing a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. The pool area was also a highlight of the stay. There were several pools to choose from, including an impressive infinity pool, which provided the opportunity to relax in the sun or take a refreshing swim. Air conditioning in the apartment was also excellent, with the right AI mode that kept the temperature stable and comfortable all the time. We would be happy to come back at a later date. I can highly recommend this place to everyone

just left Vulicentes place after 10 days..my piece of heaven...it ticked every box and more. The nicest apt I have ever stayed I think..bright & airy but the terrace with that view and a lovely breeze as you look out to sea.Beach on your doorstep..peaceful..Viciente was extremely responsive and great suggestions about area. i will be back

We loved our stay at Villa Felicity. The house is in a very quiet and pleasant area, ideal for resting. In addition, within a 15-20 minute drive there are many things to do: beautiful coves, charming villages, good restaurants and routes for walking or sports. The place was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. We felt right at home. We definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back soon.

This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

First off, let me say that Juan goes way beyond in communications and willingness to be there for you. He left us a couple of beers and some Danishes for a welcome and our first breakfast. He came by and said hello, something I had never experienced from a host. The apartment is on the 11th floor and the view of the Mediterranean is spectacular. The apartment has an air unit but we opened the doors at both ends of the place and had a cooling breeze the entire time. The property is walking distance to a large well stocked grocery store as well as many choices in dining experiences. I marked a 4 on "easy to find" only because I do not know Spanish and there are similar looking buildings in the area. This is not Juan's fault. Once you get your bearings, it is really an outstanding location. Beds are comfortable and beach equipment was provided. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely go back if I find myself in the Valencia area again!

We enjoyed the stay, very clean, good area

Bert's apartment is perfect, my partner and I stayed to rest, the urbanization is very quiet, has very good views, very comfortable furniture, and the apartment is fully equipped, from table toys to incredible binoculars with which we saw the sea and the mountains perfectly. The only bad spots that would put it are, the shortage of shops nearby and the distance to the center. Something that we both agreed, is that in person the apartment is much better than in the photos, and we hope to return soon!

We were personally welcomed by the host in a very friendly manner. There was an extensive introduction to the apartment and the areas shared with other tenants such as pool, indoor pool and sauna. The stay itself was very nice. Right behind the complex you can hike nicely. A car is needed for shopping and driving to the beach. The facility itself is modern and clean. Andrej is a great host!

Beautiful villa, gorgeous views, nice quiet location

I recommend staying at this place. Feel at home, lovely clean pool . Lots of kitchen utensils and dishes, storage space. Very friendly host. In the morning it is nice to go out with a cup of coffee in the garden. The grounds are luxurious, paddle court, outdoor and indoor pool. We had a great vacation with the kids. I recommend renting a car, all attractions and the beach are 7-15 minutes by car. Shopping center and grocery stores 3-5 minutes.

The complex is very quiet and consists of several residential units. Particularly noteworthy are the communal facilities such as the pool, sauna, hammam and jacuzzi – all very well maintained and inviting. The nearest beach is a pebble beach, but only about 5 minutes away by car is a fantastic sandy beach that is easy to reach and ideal for swimming. In the evening you have to expect mosquitoes, but this can be handled well with appropriate protection. The terrace invites you to a cozy barbecue and entertainment is also provided – e.g. with a table tennis table. Overall it was a great stay with a very friendly and helpful host. I highly recommend it and would come back anytime!

Stayed with 8 other friends. We all had a great time the villa is amazing. The photos do not do the place justice the view from the terrace is beautiful. The host was always fast to respond and very friendly. If you are staying I would highly recommend having a car with you as the distances are not walkable. However local taxi company was always available to pick us up.

My wife and I stayed at this villa for 2.5 months, and everything was very good. The villa has everything you need for long-term living, and is located in fantastic area, very peaceful and quiet. Seaview is gorgeous, good sleep at nights, and a super comfortable swimming pool. Overall, very good experience, I can definitely recommend this place!

We had an amazing week at Hans’ lovely house! We were a big family — 8 adults and 4 kids — and the house was just perfect for us. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and having a fridge and toilet right by the pool was super convenient. 😃 We took the train in the evenings to El Campello, Alicante, and Villajoyosa — getting around was really easy. For groceries, we just took an Uber to the nearest store and did a big shop. We were told in advance that there might be some construction noise from a nearby property, and we could either choose a different house or get a discount. When we let them know there had been some noise, we got a message right away saying the discount was being sent. That really showed us the host is honest and fair. We had a very good holiday. We enjoyed the terrace and infinity pool which are amazing, the view is beautiful. The panorama is beautiful Too bad we had some issues with the electric gate and the hot tub was broken. Peter was responsive to our requests and very helpful. A wonderful stay!!!!! 👍 I recommend

Marina’s place was absolutely wonderful! We stayed as two families and had plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 small children. The apartment itself was immaculate and decorated to an incredibly high spec. There was ample bedding, towels, and cleaning products to feel like you were at a home from home. Marina provided travel cots for our stay which was well appreciated. Let her know if you need a high chair as there wasn’t one at the apartment, though I am sure she would provide this. The complex itself is clearly a high-end, luxury space. The facilities were top notch (gym and heated pool in October/November) and well maintained. The apartment is about a 30 minute stroll to the old town along the sea front, which was lovely. There is a Coaliment supermarket about 10 minutes away, towards the old town, which is where we did most of our shopping. There are ample places to eat and drink within moments of the apartment. Marina communicated well throughout our stay - we will be back!
