Vacation rentals with a sauna in Marina Baixa

Flat Is very nice and clean, with a nice view of the sea and of the pool, so you can easly check your kids. kitchen has everything you need to cook. Beach is few minutes walking. Warm pool, jacuzzi, tennis and basket/soccer fields, gym, private parking space: all inside the building and free. We visited the flat in February and it was very silent and calm. 15 min from the airport. supermarket in 10' by car.

Apartment perfectly located. Beautiful view of the sea. Peaceful and quiet area. In the apartment we had everything we expected. The host was very polite and communicative. I highly recommend this place.

Un apartamento nuevo, acogedor, completamente preparado. Una urbanización preciosa y unas vistas increíbles. Eso si, necesitas coche absolutamente para todo, pero el descanso está garantizado.

Die Wohnung war sehr schnell und leicht zu finden. Zudem war alles genau wie beschrieben und die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts :) Es ist alles zu Fuß gut zu erreichen; Flughafen und Stadt ist auch mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Pools waren sauber und der Fitnessraum war auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war auch hervorragend, schnell erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter!

Vi hadde en utrolig opplevelse under oppholdet vårt på denne leiligheten i Finestrat. Fra det øyeblikket jeg ankom, ble jeg imponert over den fantastiske premium utsikten over Benidorms skyline( Spanias Manhattan). Det var en virkelig spektakulær utsikt, spesielt om kvelden når byen var opplyst. Leiligheten ligger perfekt til, med kort vei til et stort utvalg av butikker, noe som gjorde det svært praktisk å få tak i alt man trenger uten problemer. I tillegg var leiligheten veldig ren og pent dekorert, noe som ga en hyggelig og komfortabel atmosfære. Bassengområdet var også et høydepunkt for oppholdet. Det var flere bassenger å velge mellom, inkludert en imponerende infinity pool, som ga muligheten til å slappe av i solen eller ta en forfriskende svømmetur. Aircondition i leiligheten var også utmerket, med riktig AI-modus som holdt temperaturen stabil og behagelig hele tiden. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake ved en senere anledning. Jeg kan på det varmeste anbefale dette stedet til alle

just left Vulicentes place after 10 days..my piece of heaven...it ticked every box and more. The nicest apt I have ever stayed I think..bright & airy but the terrace with that view and a lovely breeze as you look out to sea.Beach on your doorstep..peaceful..Viciente was extremely responsive and great suggestions about area. i will be back

Nos ha encantado nuestra estancia en villa felicity. La casa está en una zona muy tranquila y agradable, ideal para descansar. Además, en un radio de 15-20 minutos en coche hay muchísimas cosas que hacer: calas preciosas, pueblos con encanto, buenos restaurantes y rutas para pasear o hacer deporte. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, bien equipado y cómodo. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Sin duda, lo recomendamos y esperamos poder volver pronto.

This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

First off, let me say that Juan goes way beyond in communications and willingness to be there for you. He left us a couple of beers and some Danishes for a welcome and our first breakfast. He came by and said hello, something I had never experienced from a host. The apartment is on the 11th floor and the view of the Mediterranean is spectacular. The apartment has an air unit but we opened the doors at both ends of the place and had a cooling breeze the entire time. The property is walking distance to a large well stocked grocery store as well as many choices in dining experiences. I marked a 4 on "easy to find" only because I do not know Spanish and there are similar looking buildings in the area. This is not Juan's fault. Once you get your bearings, it is really an outstanding location. Beds are comfortable and beach equipment was provided. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely go back if I find myself in the Valencia area again!

Han pasado unos días estupendos en este alojamiento, Rober y Gema fueron muy amables con ellos y pendientes en todo momento. Altamente recomendables.

El apartamento de Bert es perfecto, mi pareja y yo nos alojamos para descansar, la urbanización es muy tranquila, tiene muy buenas vistas, mobiliario muy cómodo, y el piso está totalmente equipado, desde juguetes de mesa hasta unos prismáticos increíbles con los que vimos el mar y las montañas perfectamente. Los únicos puntos malos que le pondría son, la escasez de comercios cerca y la distancia con el centro. En algo que coincidimos los dos, es que en persona el apartamento es muchísimo mejor que en las fotos, y que esperamos volver pronto!

Wir wurden persönlich vom Gastgeber sehr freundlich empfangen. Es gab eine umfangreiche Einweisung in die Wohnung und die gemeinsam mit anderen Mietern genutzten Bereiche wie Pool, Hallenbad und Sauna. Der Aufenthalt an sich war sehr schön. Direkt hinter der Anlage kann man schön wandern. Für Einkäufe und die Fahrt zum Strand wird ein Auto benötigt. Die Anlage selbst ist modern und sauber. Andrej ist ein toller Gastgeber!

Det perfekte sted for en rigtig badeferie. Smukt hus og fantastisk udsigt!

Рекомендую оставаться в этом жилье. Чувствуете себя как дома, прекрасный чистый бассейн . Много кухонного инвентаря и посуды, места для хранения. Очень дружелюбный хозяин. Утром приятно выйти с чашечкой кофе в сад. Территория роскошная, падл корт открытый и закрытый бассейн. Мы провели отлично отпуск с детьми. Рекомендую взять в аренду в авто все достопримечательности и пляж 7-15 мин на машине. Торговый центр и продуктовые магазины 3-5 минут.

Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig gelegen und besteht aus mehreren Wohneinheiten. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die gemeinschaftlich nutzbaren Einrichtungen wie der Pool, die Sauna, das Hammam sowie der Jacuzzi – alles sehr gepflegt und einladend. Der nächste Strand ist zwar ein Kiesstrand, aber nur etwa 5 Autominuten entfernt befindet sich ein traumhafter Sandstrand, der leicht zu erreichen ist und sich ideal zum Baden eignet. Abends muss man mit Moskitos rechnen, was sich jedoch mit entsprechendem Schutz gut in den Griff bekommen lässt. Die Terrasse lädt zum gemütlichen Grillen ein und auch für Unterhaltung ist gesorgt – z. B. mit einer Tischtennisplatte. Insgesamt war es ein großartiger Aufenthalt mit einem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber. Ich kann die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Très belle et grande maison, parfaitement équipée pour passer un excellent séjour en famille. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons tout trouvé sur place pour être à l’aise dès notre arrivée. Tuomas, Federico et Giulia ont été très réactifs et toujours disponibles pour nous aider tout au long du séjour. Une communication fluide et agréable. Je recommande vivement cette location !

Séjour agréable chez Parvaneh , exactement comme sur les photos : très belle maison fonctionnelle avec tous les équipements nécessaires . +++ pour l’extérieur , très beau jardin entretenu,la piscine était très agréable avec une eau tiède à chaque baignade . Vue magnifique en hauteur sur Denia et apaisante autour du monte pego . Quartier très calme et tous est à proximité (à 10-15 min en voiture : plage , restaurant , supermarché … ) . La plage de Denia est très calme , parking collé à la plage avec des places toujours disponibles , parfait avec des enfants . De Denia , possibilité de visiter plusieurs villes et plages à 30min-1h (moraira, calpe, benidrom…) Nous remercions Parvaneh pour sa disponibilité , de nous avoir fournis un lit bébé et de s’être adaptée lors de notre changement de jour de départ .

We had an amazing week at Hans’ lovely house! We were a big family — 8 adults and 4 kids — and the house was just perfect for us. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and having a fridge and toilet right by the pool was super convenient. 😃 We took the train in the evenings to El Campello, Alicante, and Villajoyosa — getting around was really easy. For groceries, we just took an Uber to the nearest store and did a big shop. We were told in advance that there might be some construction noise from a nearby property, and we could either choose a different house or get a discount. When we let them know there had been some noise, we got a message right away saying the discount was being sent. That really showed us the host is honest and fair. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Nous avons profité de la terrasse et de la piscine à débordement qui sont incroyables, la vue est magnifique. Le panorama est superbe. Dommage que le portail électrique nous ait posé quelques soucis et que le jacuzzi était en panne. Peter était réactif à nos demandes et très serviables. Un merveilleux séjour !!!!! 👍 je recommande

Marina’s place was absolutely wonderful! We stayed as two families and had plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 small children. The apartment itself was immaculate and decorated to an incredibly high spec. There was ample bedding, towels, and cleaning products to feel like you were at a home from home. Marina provided travel cots for our stay which was well appreciated. Let her know if you need a high chair as there wasn’t one at the apartment, though I am sure she would provide this. The complex itself is clearly a high-end, luxury space. The facilities were top notch (gym and heated pool in October/November) and well maintained. The apartment is about a 30 minute stroll to the old town along the sea front, which was lovely. There is a Coaliment supermarket about 10 minutes away, towards the old town, which is where we did most of our shopping. There are ample places to eat and drink within moments of the apartment. Marina communicated well throughout our stay - we will be back!
