The place was exactly as it was described. It’s small but perfect for visiting New Orleans because you’re not there very often. It was very cozy and convenient. It only took around 15 minutes to get to the French Quarter when walking. We didn’t even get a car because we were able to do everything from this location. There was a coffee shop right across the street that was really good. A small market is a block away. There are also shops in the French Quarter so if you need groceries, you can get them there. The communication was excellent. They made sure to give prompt instructions on how to get to your place. We had a great time. Thank you.

I believe we will be the last guests to stay, as they are listing the property. If we were prepared to raise our daughter in New Orleans, we would have bought it! The owner’s main house is on site but separate from the Airbnb by a glorious courtyard with a pool. We enjoyed full usage of that area and enclosed green space in the rear of the property. Gary and his wife were extremely kind. Grounds were beautifully maintained. The Airbnb itself was a little small in the family room area but everything else was more than roomy. Shame the city isn’t allowing Airbnb any longer, this was a good one.

This was a clean and comfortable place in the middle of a great neighborhood. It was perfect for our last minute trip to New Orleans. The neighborhood is full of beautiful street art and great people. The room is tastefully decorated with gorgeous and comfortable linens. We had a minor issue with getting back into the room after a night out, but that was user error. Just make sure the door is completely closed when you try the lock code.
