The home is located in scenic area directly down to Marager fjord and approx. 50 meters from the certified "Panorama Route", as well as 200 meters to Hobro Golf Course. It is only a 30-minute walk (2.2 km) to Hobro city center or 5 minutes by car. There are good opportunities for walking and jogging as well as fishing, and plenty of restaurants and museums, including the Viking castle Fyrkat. You can charge power for your electric car from your own solar panels.

The centrally located cottage has a fantastic view of Kattegat, and a short distance to shopping and restaurants etc. With 3 rooms and a large bathroom you can be up to 6 people in the house. After a day at the beach, unwind in your private outdoor barrel sauna and enjoy the fresh air. With its warm, rustic atmosphere and close access to both sea and town, the cabin is perfect for a peaceful, comfortable escape.

Enjoy a vacation on the water. Relax on a 34-foot sailboat in Øster Hurup harbor. In the harbor there are all the amenities you need, 500 meters for shopping and a large selection of restaurants and ice cream houses. The boat has 3 cabins and sleeps 6. There is a gas stove, fridge/freezer, wifi, TV, radio/CD. Everything you could want and the sea as a neighbor.
