A lovely apartment with a balcony overlooking the common garden spaces between the apartment buildings. Trees and flowers and a lot of birds singing. Perfect on a sunny afternoon.

The place is wonderful, perfect for our family. The apartment is nicely furnished and we found the beds comfortable. There were lots of toys for our kids to play with, and the high chair and pack and play crib were very convenient. Jane was super helpful and went out of her way to provide recommendations and tips. It’s a bit of a walk to get to places in Aarhus (that aren’t in the docks area) but the nearby coffee shops and grocery store, and the wonderful food hall, were all very close by.

Sus was incredibly kind, responsive, and flexible throughout our stay. The environment was very quiet and clean, making it a comfortable place to stay. Although our stay was not for travel purposes—we were temporarily staying here while preparing for an international move and closing down our nearby home—we still found the location very convenient for travelers as well. There were several supermarkets nearby, and the bus stop was close, offering easy access to the city center. If we ever return to Aarhus, we would definitely love to stay at Sus’s place again. Aarhus is a very attractive destination as a "young" city with a mixture of historical and current architecture and cultural offerings. And the apartment absolutely complements this impression. The apartment is nice, especially the view, there are even binoculars. You can reach a small shopping street on foot. Supermarkets are within walking distance of about 10-15 minutes or 3 minutes by car. You can also start a few nice walks directly on site.

3 good days in the cottage. Thomas was good at answering and helping as soon as we had any questions. Can clearly be recommended.

We enjoyed the accommodation very much, were on the beach every day, had wonderful sunsets at the house. We can highly recommend the house, have already had many AirBnBs, this is our number 1 so far. Great, keep it up.

It was just fantastic. Upon arrival, I just felt cozy. The house is so lovingly furnished, with so much attention to detail. It is actually much nicer and absolutely corresponds to the photos and the description. I was happy about rainy and windy days. After a long walk on the beach at Rygårde Strand or kiting in Grenaa, you could sit comfortably by the fireplace and enjoy a hot chocolate. The surroundings are so beautifully quiet and yet you have a small supermarket 500 m away that is open every day. It was a great time and my husband and I were totally relaxed in the end. We met Maiken herself a couple of times and she is a kind-hearted person. She also had some tips for the area and also for our kite-surfing heart :). It was nice to meet you. A big thank you!

My family and I had a really lovely few days in the lovely guest home. We enjoyed the tranquility, the view and the rural idyll with horses and ducks right outside the door. There were good walking routes right from the grounds and around the corner a nice little kiosk with associated garden towards the lake. We'd love to come again!

Lovely surroundings right next to the fjord. Very nice reception; the host had left both coffee and homemade cake out. Here we'd love to come again.

The cottage was wonderful!! Since we are all not giants, the low ceilings in the beautiful old (and lovingly renovated) were rather cozy. The decor with the old furniture was very tasteful. The rest - from the bed linen to the generously available towels - was just as perfect as the fully equipped and comfortable kitchen. We adults and our grandchildren (7 and 4 years) were thrilled and would love to come back!

Patrick’s place was a fabulous find, I loved every minute of my stay. Just wished I could have stayed longer, but it was booked. Do not hesitate to book if available.

Loved Thomas’ apartment, felt very homely and pleasant. Lovely art on the walls, comfortable bed. The second bed is a futon which was very comfortable. Great shower also. All in all, a lovely space to base yourself whilst checking out Aarhus.

Lona and Henrik have an outstanding, well-positioned Airbnb apartment and they are wonderful, warm and helpful hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with them.

It’s an excellent apartment at a perfect location close to, but just outside the city centre. The apartment is large, clean and has all the necessary amenities. Mikkel was a friendly and proactive host.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and very silent. It had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. Helle was very kind and welcomed us when we arrived.
