Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Maresme

David is very accommodating and helpful. The house is in a well-maintained condition, the amenities are good. We enjoyed being outside of Barcelona. With the S-Bahn, however, you also have an excellent connection to the city … every 10 minutes. We have recovered well.

We (3 generations: 6 adults and 1 baby) stayed at Anna‘s for a family vacation. The location, view, comfort and accommodations were excellent. The pool and outdoor terrace were wonderful. Anna was very friendly, quick to respond and communicate, helpful with recommendations. We had a comfortable, memorable stay at the Blueview Villa.

The view from the villa was truly amazing. Really well equipped villa for a larger group as well, but do note that the fourth bedroom is actually the living room. Luckily that room was really big so the extra beds fit there well. Sylvia was a great host and offered help and flexibility when we needed it.

The most beautiful view of Montserrat. Genuinely stopped multiple times to comment on how brilliant the view was and the whole apartment is designed so you’re always looking outwards. A simple set up with everything you need for your stay, very easy arrival and helpful hosts. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay, sadly didn’t get to meet Manuel as he wasn’t available for the check in, but he was extremely responsive throughout the stay. The villa is gorgeous and absolutely huge, bbq is a great touch and we too full advantage of the kitchen utilities. Only issue was lack of mirrors in the bedrooms and that wifi doesn’t quite reach all places in the house. We would stay again.

Impeccable accommodation, very friendly hosts with the little Kiwi waiting for us for a wild ball game around the pool. For our first experience with Airbnb, it was perfect!

You should rent this unit for the view and quiet tranquility of Collbato. We loved our stay here. The unit is bare bones and rustic,.... somewhat like a country cabin. It has the necessities but not the luxuries. The view from the balcony is spectacular. My wife and I sat on the balcony and spent many moments admiring the view

Silvia was an amazing host! Very friendly and helpful, had wonderful recommendations. The place was beautiful and was even better than the pictures! The neighborhood was our favorite because it’s quiet and has great restaurants and bars walking distance. If we ever go back to Barcelona we will definitely go back to Patio Gracia!

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Jorge was lovely, and always very helpful! We didn’t get a car by Jorge was happy to help and drive us to and from the bus/ train station. The pool and garden was stunning, could have spent all week there. Beds were very comfortable. The cat, Elpidio is our new best friend and we can’t wait to stay with Jorge and family again! The advertising is correct - visit Barcelona, stay at the beach. Barcelona is about 40 minutes away by train (which is a short walk). The beach is just across the road and under the train line - perfect for the hot days we had. Also close to lots of small supermarkets for food and wine; also to many beach cafes and town restaurants (note the Spanish eat late - after 1pm for lunch; after 8pm for dinner)

Fantastic view overlooking the sea. Unusually for this part of the coast there is no road or train line between you and the beach. So very quiet with easy access. Host met us which makes a nice change. Plenty of products in kitchen and bathroom. Recommended.

This is a great place to stay. Communication with the host was easy and accommodating. We were allowed to check in early. The location is perfect and easy walking distance to multiple good locations. The rooftop was incredible. We would recommend this location to everyone.

Everything was great: the apartment, the attitude of the owner, the possibility of free parking nearby, the sea view, the absence of noise, the availability of everything for convenience in the kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom, help and sociability. I advise you to use it.

Hands down, the best hosts we have experienced. From the moment we booked, Susana and Alvero were kind and classy. The apartment was in a great location for us just outside Barcelona. Our family of five felt right at home and would certainly stay again if our travels bring us back to Mongat! Look no further, you found the right place!

Wow!!! Our host’s hospitality was the best I have experienced at any Airbnb. In fact, I’m worried that Enric has spoiled us! I have stayed at many vacation rentals with my family of 4 over the past 15 years, so when I say that the apartment is in a dream location with a stellar view, and spotlessly clean - I’m speaking from experience:). But what was truly next level were the detailed recommendations, the fabulous (and substantial) snacks and wine provided, the daily cleaning and the responsiveness of our host. The property is beautiful, spacious, and surrounded by nature. The atmosphere is peaceful and the hosts are incredibly generous, attentive, and always ready to help with anything you need. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more special. From the house, there is direct access to a marked trail that leads into a stunning forest with several hiking options, including a path that climbs the mountain and reaches breathtaking viewpoints. The shared outdoor areas are large, diverse, and well-maintained. There are swings and a small playground for children, a lovely pool, a very spacious garden, and plenty of different seating areas to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The nearest village is about a 7-minute walk away. It has only one small shop with very basic supplies, and one restaurant that is not open every day. We highly recommend bringing your own food and ingredients and enjoying cooking at the house. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this place to anyone l

Very genital and helpful people

We’ve stayed in a number of air bnbs in Spain and France, and Rob’s place is our favorite. The location is great. The patios are lovely. Rob was very responsive and accommodating.

Manuela is the loveliest host, she truly made our stay so special from the moment we got there she was so kind to us, and ensured we knew we could go to her if we needed. When we had an issue with booking a taxi she was extremely helpful and when we messed it up she was understanding and helpful. Despite the language barrier she ensured to use a translation app so we could talk to her just fine, her and her husband are lovely people, and they allowed us to sit in their garden and wait whilst getting a taxi to leave. The place itself it stunning with beautiful views of the sunset nearby, the pool is absolutely perfect for a chilled time. The rooms and kitchen are pristine with everything we needed. Overall a brilliant time, felt so welcome, loved our experience! x

Perfect way to end our 2 week European Tour. Beautiful beach view. Private and quiet. Lots of amenities; well stocked with beach necessities (sun umbrella, chairs, blankets, extra flip flops, toys/football, etc). Great way to get out of Barcelona but still have access to the city and airport. All six of us were very pleased with the two night stay before hopping back onto a plane ✈️ to fly home.

Perfect house to stay in these summer days in Barcelona. They're lovely guys and they understand everything perfectly. If we return to Barcelona, there is no doubt that we will stay here again. 10/10

Marc’s place was all round a perfect stay. The terrace was the standout feature, ideal for a leisurely breakfast in the morning. The kitchen was very well equipped and all the beds were very comfortable with efficient air conditioning throughout the apartment. We all loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again if we return to Barcelona!
