We are three friends who decided to embark on this project to refurbished 6 apartments in a same building located right off of arguably Barcelona´s most emblematic street: Las Ramblas. It was important to us to turn these apartments into cozy and functional living spaces for our guests. We chose the new beds, beddings, sofas, dining tables and chairs, lamps, kitchenware and small appliances with great care and consideration. We believe we were successful in creating an pleasant space in each of the flats- and we hope you will also agree after having spent time there. Guests have access to the entire studio. We respect the privacy of our guests and yet also would be available to provide any assistance possible that would make our guests´ stay a confortable and an enjoyable one. The compact layout makes intuitive use of space featuring a kitchenette while there’s also diminutive balcony This apartment is located at the epic center of Barcelona, just off at the beginning of Las Ramblas street. The area is known for its myriad activities and abundant pedestrians who have come to stroll, shop and dine in the city's most dynamic street. This apartment is as central as central can be! You will be able to walk* to many worthwhile sites: 1. La Boquería Market: 4 minute walk 2. Picasso Museum: 13 minute walk 3. La Pedrera: 22 minute walk 4. La Sagrada Familia: 42 minute walk 5. La Barceloneta (former fishermen´s neighborhood by BCN´s port): 25 minute walk 6. The beach: 30 minute walk. For a seaside view or stroll (15 mins walk) 7. Shortly after the confirmation of your reservation, we will write to you to collect the "tourist tax" that is obligatory and established by the Generalitat de Catalunya. Getting to Midtown Apartments from Barcelona's airport: Cab: approximately €35. Aerobus: €5.90 per person. Catch the Aerobus at any airport terminal and get off at the last stop, Plaza Cataluña. The apartments are 200 meters away. Go up Paseo de Gracia and turn right on the same street, Calle Casp. Continue straight until reaching the apartments. Train: the train leaves every ten minutes from the airport station, and getting to the Passeig de Gràcia station takes about 35 minutes. The station's exit is about 750 meters from Midtown Apartments. Public transportation around Midtown Apartments Barcelona: Metro: The apartments have three nearby metro stops: Urquinaona L1, Passeig de Gràcia L2 (Gran Vía exit), and Tetuán L2. Bus: several buses stop near the apartments on Gran Via: 7, 50, 54, 62, and H12. Tourist Bus: the nearest stop is at Plaça Catalunya, within a five-minute walk. Night Bus (only operates at night): N1, N2, N3, N9, and N11. The apartments have parking in the same building.

The turistic tax will be required after the reservation has been formalized, because it's not possible to include it in the final total price. It will have to be paid before checking in. The amount to be paid is 8,50 eur per person and night (maximum of 7 nights), persons under 16 are excluded.

The area surrounding the apartment: In the more residential part of town, known as the Eixample, the Irles is a great choice for anyone's visit to Barcelona.. this area is Barcelona´s 19th, Close to some of the nicer and grander streets of Barcelona there is lots of atmosphere and energy as there are many cafes, restaurants and clubs not very far from at all..also nearby is the gay area, known as the "Gaixample"
