Beach house vacation rentals in Maremmana

I can’t find enough positive words to describe our family stay in this charming beach house! Everything worked perfectly — no issues with the internet, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances, spices, and gadgets you could want. There were also books, extra towels and sheets, bikes, laundry supplies, and even bug spray! The hosts provided all the details in advance and were very helpful with additional recommendations. We enjoyed both cooking at home and eating out, and we visited several different beaches during our stay. The house is just one street away from the beach, located in a super quiet, secluded, and cute neighborhood. We absolutely loved our four nights here with the kids!

We loved this place and would definitely pick it again. The girls stayed in communication during our trip, gave perfect directions, and met us to show us in. The place is cute and clean and exactly as pictured. The location is easily walkable to all of Monterosso. Highlight was picking lemons from the tree in their garden to make lemonade when we got home each night. Thank you so much for a great visit.

Dream place. If you are looking for peace and beauty there are no comparisons: the island of Palmaria, especially in the evening, is a very special oasis of peace. Close but detached from the mainland, very romantic. Manuela's house is small, compact, and perfect for exploring... Manuela's sister, who has a house right next door, was very kind and hospitable, explaining the history of the house and the many secrets of the island. Recommended for families or solitary and curious spirits!

A fantastic place to relax. We were looking for peace and quiet and got our money's worth. A beautiful house with sea views and sea access. We got quick help when we needed a screw that we had lost on a device.

Giovanni’s place was perfect for our needs. Close to everything in Monterosso, equipped with all niceties, and very comfortable. Our trip was to celebrate or 50th birthdays, and Giovanni gifted us a lovely bottle of red to help us celebrate. Thank you for an unforgettable first stop on our 50’s trip!

The villa is delightful, tastefully furnished and really equipped with everything, it feels like home The garden and terrace are beautiful, the view is enchanting and ranges from Corsica (you can see the sunset every evening) to the island of Elba up to the coasts of Italy The countless tables and deck chairs make you enjoy every corner of the garden in a different way, the fence is very convenient for those with dogs… mine had a great time and enjoyed the stay running and playing and it was very relaxing to know they were safe Nearby there is a small grocery store and a bakery, Sant'Andrea is a very small town with a beautiful beach The custodian and host are always available An experience to remember Thanks to the owners of the Villa who really thought of everything :)

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Wonderful stay in June 2025 We had a great stay at Emma's house. The accommodation is very well maintained, tastefully furnished and well equipped – ideal for relaxing holidays. The quiet location close to the beach was perfect for us. Emma is a very friendly and attentive hostess. Absolutely recommend – we'd come back anytime!

One of the best views you will find! Place is clean and comfortable. AC in every room and worked well. Probably the best washer dryer we had in Italy :) Incredibly responsive host. Highly recommend!

Amazing place and a super friendly host. The apartment was just like the photos – modern interior, two bathrooms with rainfall showers, strong AC in every room, fast Wi-Fi, and a big, clean pool. There’s a parking spot right near the entrance, and the building feels very safe with two security gates. Would definitely recommend.

Matteo was very friendly and helpful! He shared a lot of tips regarding places to go and eat as well as how to get there. The apartment was nice and spacious, we loved our stay!

A few days at Cedric and Nana's fabulous which unfortunately went too quickly. Perfectly equipped house to make the most of the stay, a big plus for the summer kitchen, the 32-degree pool and the outdoor shower. ( a very well-equipped and spacious master bedroom too) The setting is sublime, many outdoor furniture, which allows you to make the most of this beautiful terrace. The most extraordinary of this house is this amazing view, just rotate your head to have a sea or mountain view. We had a wonderful time at this amazing Place in the middle of nowhere! The hosts are most welcoming and take care of everything you need. The house, the huge garden -it‘s like a fairytale! Our kids loved the space and discovered something new everyday.

We had a wonderful place to stay. Nicolò was very friendly and helpful. When there were problems with the taxis, he picked us up from the train station and brought us back. All in all a perfect holiday.

We had a wonderful time at the property. Furnishings are very nice with stylish furniture, large bathroom, kitchen is small but everything you need with modern induction stove and appliances. Apartment is ideal for couples. The highlight is definitely the garden where we spent a lot of time with large pine trees as a natural shade. Alessandra and her husband were very helpful. All in all, a super nice vacation…I'd love to come back.

stay at Andréa's place very well Andrea very welcoming and available if needed the scenery is beautiful a little sporty access to the accommodation but it's worth it i recommend it.

Gianfra’s place was really nice, even better than the pictures! Really spacious and the view from the balcony was incredible. Less than a 10 minute walk to the centre of Capoliveri and the same amount of time to the lovely Barabarca beach. Gianfra (and Giusuppe) was a really good host who met us at the house and showed us round and explained everything to us. He even booked us a couple of restaurants and gave us some really good recommendations during our stay! Thank you Gianfra and Giuseppe!

We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful home! The area is very quiet and the property is completely fenced, which makes it ideal for our dog. The house is perfectly equipped and very clean. We loved spending evenings on the spacious terrace and in the lounge. The free charging station for our electric car was a really generous and practical extra. Francesco and his family were incredibly attentive and friendly. You can immediately feel the warm atmosphere and your hospitality. I highly recommend your home and you as a Host. Very nice place to stay, probably the best place I've booked on Airbnb. The view is simply priceless during the day as well as at night. The house is warm and decorated with a lot of love and has all the necessary amenities. Chiara and her husband are extremely friendly and accommodating. All in all, I highly recommend it!! Please note that the driveway is relatively narrow for inexperienced drivers, but for someone who regularly drives a car, it is no problem.
