Honestly, Deborah was the perfect host for several reasons. Beyond being incredibly kind and understanding, she really tuned into what I needed. I mentioned that this was my first time in a town like this and that I was hoping to hibernate for a few days, and her place felt like the perfect fit. She went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth, even offering to pick me up from the train station and take me to the grocery store—on a Sunday, no less, when most places were closed and options were limited. Her home was serene, even more beautiful than the photos, and I immediately felt safe and at ease in the neighbourhood. I also loved how central it was to most things, like a spa, fruit/vegetable store, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. In a world that often feels like it’s growing less kind, Deborah truly understands the heart of hospitality. :)

This was a beautiful and perfect location for exploring Rimini. The pullout couch was very comfortable and the architecture & accessories of the flat were both inspiring and efficient for the size. I would definitely recommend this location and would be happy to return next time!

We stayed for 3 nights with our two children at Stefano's and we enjoyed it very much! The location was very, very quiet and you were very quickly on foot at the subway, where we could easily reach all attractions The Vatican was within walking distance. The small balcony was really wonderful to sit outside, where we could enjoy our Prosecco, which was already chilled for us by the host. The apartment was very clean and tidy. We felt completely comfortable! We would come back anytime!

Huge thanks to Michelangelo and Grazia!They made Rimini trip very memorable. Apartment is truly a hidden gem, clean and spacious. Everything was just like in the pictures and even better. Apartment is located at the most beautiful location in Rimini, you can even see ponte di Tiberio through bedroom window. We were provided with restaurant recommendation which were great! Host was very responsive and extremely helpful.

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

Accommodation in a pedestrian area, however, thanks to the directions of the host Elisa, we unloaded our luggage right behind the house and luckily there was a free parking space where I left the car for the entire stay, but otherwise there is a large parking lot not far away. The apartment is practically on the beach, just across the street and immediately by the lifeguard (Mario baths) here we also had a very good time. So for me, a more than positive experience. Corrado is a great host of a spacious, clean & comfy apartment which is flooded with light. The walk to the beach took fewer minutes than I have fingers on one hand. Despite the many cafés and restaurants just a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is green and quiet (except for meal times in the nearby hotel, but that's a happy buzz). The windows are well insulated, so you can just close them and not hear anything. With the windows open in the mornings, you get the feeling you're in a zoo, as all the different birds get started with their day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and some spices have been left by other guests and not simply thrown away, which is very nice. The kettle kept my tea addiction alive. The induction plates save time. There's enough counter space. The super market Conad Tuday is just a few minutes' walk. They have everything including a good "deli" counter if you eat meats, sweets, etc. The walk up to the third floor is not difficult, & I felt very safe.

Marina and her husband are exquisite people, able to make you feel at home from the first minute. Very helpful, they offer very comfortable accommodation (a few minutes' walk from the sea and the center), functional and perfect even for a family like us with small children.

One of the most comfortable and pleasant stays ever. Davide is super helpful and the accommodation is state-of-the-art: Netflix, shampoo and body wash, super-equipped kitchen, comfortable and spacious beds, you could stay up to 6-7 people if you want! Easy to find and inexpensive parking. Too bad for the somewhat inconvenient and slightly out-of-the-way location, but just a few minutes by car, or by scooters or shuttles and you are in the center of everything! I can say: A GUARANTEE!

The apartment is a gem! The modern design and warm colors create a welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen is super equipped and we were able to cook like at home. The location is perfect for reaching both the center and the beach. Highly recommended for couples looking for a spot of relaxation!

Gorgeous place, tastefully decorated with beautiful lighting and 5 star ambience. Gotti was kind enough to pick us up and drive us to the apartment due to the ZTL zone of the home. Still very convenient and walkable to the car and the historic area was quiet and tranquil. Best Airbnb we’ve had, just wish we stayed longer.

A perfect house, very close by car to the fair, the house is very spacious and with everything you need. The terrace is the icing on the cake.

New, very clean apartment, in a nice condominium, a stone's throw from everything but located in a quiet area. The reserved parking space is definitely a plus. Considering the quality of the services, you can get around without a car. Enrico and his mother are very kind and communicative. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at Renata’s place for 4 nights while my wife was attending a conference in Rimini. Renata’s place is in a perfect location. Close to the main downtown area and only about a 15-20 minute walk to the beaches. It is a cozy comfortable space that we felt really comfortable in. Parking was super easy as well. We would highly recommend staying at Renata’s place.

New, very nice place, great location on the beach

I spent a few days at Eleonora's, with my partner and my 9-year-old granddaughter. The house had everything we needed: the apartment was clean and very bright, well ventilated and equipped. Although not equipped with an elevator, we did not struggle to move around easily. Our expectations have been fully met. The neighborhood was quiet, but at the same time very close to the waterfront and various clubs. Eleonora was available and welcoming and provided us with all the information we could have needed. I personally recommend it to families, but also to couples looking for leisure and relaxation. Marina from Padua.
