The house was just as described. Although some minor issues arose, as soon as we contacted Xamis, he promptly came and resolved them. The location of the house is excellent, making it ideal for relaxation during the summer months.

Very basic place but with everything you need 5 minutes walk to the Heyder Aliev Merkezi. 24/7 supermarket close by. Nice communication. Would book again. Highly recommended.

This is a very nice house within a few minutes walk of the Caspian Sea. It is clean and comfortable. It can accommodate well a family or group. The internet is strong, the TV has streaming services, hot water is always available, and the washing machine is convenient. The homes in this area do not have street addresses. My group used the car service Bolt and that service worked well. Elshan is an excellent host… very helpful and communicates quickly. Elshan rented this home to us at a very fair price when others were inflating theirs. I recommend this home, especially if you would like to be near the sea.

Zakir is a perfect host to have. Right from the beginning we never felt like we are talking to a stranger. He not only explained the house instructions clearly but also helped us buying groceries on his personal car. House was more than what we saw in the pictures. It was a newly built clean house away from the city and close to the beach. Pool area was super clean with good lighting at night. House 10/10 Host 11/10 for helping us buying groceries. Recommendation a microwave oven in Kitchen will help guests warming their food 😋

I had a wonderful day staying at Mr. Vugar’s apartment in Baku. The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. It is located in a great area with easy access to public transportation, including the Baku Metro (just a short walk to 20 Yanvar Station) and many public bus lines right in front of the building, which made getting around the city very convenient. Mr. Vugar is a very kind and helpful host. He was always responsive and made sure that everything was in order throughout my stay. His hospitality truly made a difference, and I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Baku, whether for business or leisure. Our first trip to Baku and first Airbnb experience couldn't have been better. Nargiz's apartment was even more beautiful than the photos—spotless, cozy, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Nizami Street, the Old City, and other attractions. Nargiz was an outstanding host, always kind and responsive. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Baku; we’d choose this apartment over and over again million times.

Simply perfect accommodation, located in a very quiet area with everything you need, transportation to get downtown a few minutes away, supermarket below the house and Huseyn is really the perfect host, you can contact him at any time and he will give you important directions and tips! We felt like home. Location is perfect near centre and easy to reach metro station like 5 mins walk. Everything was perfect. We were provided with everything that a person needs in a house. I would highly recommend this place!!

The apartment is presented in excellent decorative order. Niko is extremely professional and proactive in his response. Everything in apartment is 5 star standards. He provides all towels, duvets, shampoo and all cutlery. He himself is very friendly and professional host. Nothing is much trouble for him. I highly recommend this apartment and Niko as a host. Aykhan is an outstanding host! Always ready to help, friendly and responsive. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The apartment is cozy , well-maintained and has everything for a long stay. The location is perfect for those who value privacy, security and peace. Several grocery stores are nearby. Getting to the city center takes about 15-20 minutes by taxi, depends on traffic. If you enjoy long walks, its about 50 minutes stroll. I highly recommend Aykhan’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay!

I visited Baku with my wife and another couple. The house was exactly what it looked like online. As soon as we entered we felt right at home. The host Natella is super friendly and extremely responsive. Being new to the city, whenever we had any questions, Natella made sure to guide us, even when she was super busy. I highly recommend the house and host! The location is not more than 10-15 minutes from the main tourist areas and it's super easy to book a cab (unless there's a big event in the city like F1). Overall, it was the best decision we made.

At the end of April and the beginning of May 2025, I lived in this room for 10 days. The apartment is 5 minutes away from the boulevard, supermarket and 12-14 minutes away from the metro. Apartment with balcony, clean, spacious and has everything you need. Thanks to Rasim, always available and ready to help at any time. Highly recommended. I hope to come back here.

The stay was good and the location is good, but there is a note of maintenance work in the building in the morning and there is a study headquarters. Whoever takes a nap in the at noon cannot sleep because of the sound of the bell and the children. Good at all.
