It has 3 isolated rooms - 2 bedrooms and one hall, centralized air conditioning, 2 separate balconies overlooking the park Officers and Circus, 3 elevators, a beautiful panorama of the city, on the ground floor of the 24/7 supermarket BolMart. 20-25 minutes walk to Torgovaya Street, 20 minutes walk to Nizami Metro, 15 minutes walk to the railway station. The total area of the apartment is 120 square meters. Centralized hot water in the building - constantly.

The apartment (17th level - Roof Top) is located in between of Fountain sq. and Port Baku. 10 minutes walk - Fountain Square, "28 May" and "Sahil" metro Free Wi-Fi is available !The water pump in the evening (from 23:45 P.M until 06:30 A.M.) is turned off by the governmental department. Therefore the water stops during this mentioned period. Once it is fixed, I will update the notes !There is an A/C in one bedroom, other bedroom has Stadler Peter fan.There is an A/C in the living room as well
