Our stay was fantastic! The location is just awesome: during the day you can explore Elba and enjoy the sunset and tranquility in the evening. A huge recommendation and we hope to come back again 😊

We spent a week in Andrea and Kristina's apartments and we really enjoyed it. The apartment is beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you need. The terraces are spacious and offer an incredibly beautiful view. There is a car park near the house. The sea is also very nice. There's a sandy beach with a gradual entrance, or you can go to the rocks for those who know how to swim well. The house is on a fairly steep hill! So, those who are not very physically prepared or have small children will find it very difficult to climb the hill (it takes about 25 minutes to really climb). Near the beach there is a parking lot that costs 15 euros per day (10 euros for half a day). Nearby there is a small shop where you can buy everything you need. And always bring mosquito repellents with you! In general, we are very satisfied with the vacation and thank you.

Beautiful house in the hills. Absolut privat place with a clean and modern house. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything to start in the holiday's. The large terasse is covered and perfect for a beautiful evening. With bike or car you can reach the city in 2 minutes. The marina has a variety of restaurants and bars directly at the sea.

We loved staying at Silvana's apartment. The place is located in a very calm and green environment, and we couldn't get enough of the view from the balcony. The apartment is simple, but functional and exactly what we needed for our short week stay to explore the Elba Island.

it is a very good location to stay. It is not far from a few beaches. The apartment is in very good conditions and it is very confortable. The kitchen is fully equiped. The place is located in a beautiful neighborhood with views of the mountains. It was very easy to access. I made a mistake by myself but keep in mind this one does not have wifi included. This was disclosed in the property services but I didnt read it. I just assumed everything has wifi these days.

We were there as a family with three children and thought the place was great. We especially enjoyed the large, fantastic garden. It has various places with sun beds and lounge furniture and a large dining table with parasol (which also protects in the rain). From there we had a fantastic view of the sea. We enjoyed the evening sun on the square (solarium) above the house. From there you have a wonderful view. The apartment is cozy and well equipped and is very well maintained. After a thunderstorm, the boiler was broken and was immediately replaced by a new one. Communication with the owner was also great. He took care of everything right away and responded immediately. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the fantastic beach of Fetovaia. A bit of the way leads along the road, but this did not bother us. We give this apartment the top rating and will come back next year.

We stayed in this apartment for a couple of days. The apartment is located in a beautiful and very quiet village, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the island and the sea. The perfect villa for a relaxing and relaxing holiday. We felt very comfortable from the first minute and enjoyed the fantastic location of the villa during the entire stay. The communication with Laura worked excellently, she was always immediately available and responded directly to questions. The on-site support by Ms. Graziella was also excellent. I highly recommend this property and if it turns out we will definitely be back. It was just so lovely.
