Really very nice place, it was a little like staying at home thanks to the decor, cleanliness and availability and kindness of the host and the other people involved. Very available in times of need or doubt, either by phone or in person. Overall with my group of friends we had a great time and it exceeded our expectations.

We had a great time in the nice apartment, with a beautiful view and only 2 minutes to the beach. Starting your day with breakfast on the porch and looking out over the ocean is perfect. The apartment is big but a bit small kitchen if you want to cook some food yourself. Could be a little more kitchen equipment for the cooking itself. The end of April was nice for those of us who enjoy hiking and biking, with a nice temperature and also the possibility of beach and bathroom for a few days. Very nice to bike or walk along the beach or boardwalk. many good fish restaurants and an experience to sit together Italian families who can really enjoy a long meal. Lovely surroundings in the surrounding hills and the city has a lot to offer. Matteo was welcoming to questions, among other things, got new pillows when those who were there were very hard (sofa cushions). We would like to book this apartment again.

I spent a few days in this house and I can only leave a super positive review. The apartment was exactly as described (indeed, perhaps even better!), clean, cozy and equipped with all comforts. The location is excellent, close to both the beach and the center The host was very kind, always available for any questions. We really felt at home. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it to those looking for a pleasant stay without surprises

A lovely home with a courtyard full of flowers and a beautiful view of countryside. You can have a dinner on your terrace watching the sunset. The beach is only ten minutes drive away. And the hosts, Giovanni and Mirca, were super friendly. A lovely stay, all in all.

Fantastic stay. The place is very quiet, surrounded by greenery, and with a thousand villages and cities to visit nearby. The house, an authentic jewel; spacious, cared for in every detail, and very well stocked with everything, but everything. The hosts Fabio and Ada are two exquisite, caring, welcoming, discreet people. Unforgettable Ada's welcome donut (jam still needs to be tasted), Fabio's beers and artisanal bitters!

We rented the house for our colleagues who work nearby. The house is large, spacious, well laid out, clean. The house is suitable for a longer stay as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. I highly recommend it.

It was a beautiful experience, we were found more than what was written in the description. The apartment was very nice and very clean, we had to buy very few things. The host has had a lot of care towards us, answering any small questions. We really appreciated the abundance of essential amenities offered by the host. I highly recommend the place to anyone who wants to spend a vacation in Civitanova Marche and its surroundings, and the place potentially allows you to move exclusively on foot. The umbrella left available to the apartment and soaps for the washing machine are also very appreciated. The house is well air-conditioned but still fresh at all hours of the day. If I were to return as a group to Civitanova Marche, I would definitely choose this apartment.

Valentina, Francesco's wife, and Linda, their little girl, are two wonderful people: welcoming, friendly and sociable. Staying here will make you feel at home ( the house of dreams in the middle of greenery😃) from day one. Not only is the house very beautiful, but also the location is extremely convenient to venture, not to discover a beautiful sea but also a hinterland rich in history and surrounded by beautiful nature. Beautiful countryside villa surrounded by nature. We stayed in 8 friends and a dog and we had a really good time. Large spaces and a really well-equipped house, from kitchen utensils to bbq tools… it's even equipped with some medicinal products for emergencies! You can really have fun in many ways, there is the trampoline, table soccer, tennis court and lots of unusual but super fun board games, especially for large groups of friends! Perfect rooms and bathrooms equipped with everything… really nothing is missing! Unfortunately for the period we were unable to take advantage of the pool and the outdoor tub but we still enjoyed a few hours of sun outside, where even our four-legged friend was able to run free in the lawn. Finally, the owners were really welcoming and helpful in everything... in short, definitely a stay that we feel we can recommend!!

Hello! Diego and his wife are very friendly and lovely poeple. They gave me a tour to show all amenities and apartment space. The place was super clean. They have provided tips and guidelines about the area. Very nice garden and space outside with a pool to chill.

Giovanna is available and kind. The house is a little small for 4, but the outdoor space makes up for it. Very nice.

Host available, friendly, we immediately established a friendly relationship. We had a wonderful boat trip with him on the Conero Riviera, with detailed explanations of the area. We thank Francesco for the fantastic stay.

This apartment is really delightful. All new and thoughtfully decorated. Access is simple and the directions provided are clear and precise. There is a beautiful garden where you can enjoy the peace of this place. We only stayed one night but we had a great time! We also received directions to nearby places to eat, even though the kitchen is fully equipped! Highly recommended

Beautiful home, beautiful people. Lots of space for a family of four to relax. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need including x3 different methods for making coffee! Fluffy white towels - beautifully clean and cool. Well located between the beach and the old town. Also the most comfortable beds. Senigallia is a very cool place. We’ll be back.

Giacomo was impeccable, perfect communication. The house is very nice and cozy with all the comforts and also very clean and functional. The only flaw is the dishwasher, which really needs to be changed, as the door has a broken spring and although it says to accompany it, it is still dangerous when you open it because it is very heavy. In any case, the area is very central and strategic and the house is really nice with all the possible comforts imaginable, very spacious, in short we were very happy to repeat!!!
