When designing and decorating the accommodation, it was configured as a large suite where guests can enjoy maximum comfort and detail, feel at home with the independence that this entails and with all the amenities that a house offers. All the decoration has been carefully studied to make it a truly privileged place, where I have included part of my travels, as paintings brought from Bali, tapestries and fabrics from Cambodia have been hung, and all this mixed with furniture and objects that I have been acquiring for years from different places and sites, giving rise to a very special mix, in a unique atmosphere and that gives an exclusive magnetism to the place. Specifically, it is an apartment, located in the town of Marbella, in the exclusive area called Golden Mile, close to accommodations as exclusive as the Puente Romano Hotel and the Marbella Club Hotel. The one-bedroom apartment has room for four people, a master bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It is designed for a couple or a couple with one or two children who want to enjoy a quiet stay in a residential and exclusive area, close to all the areas of interest in the town of Marbella. It has a 44 square meter terrace overlooking Marbella's iconic and emblematic mountain "La Concha". The apartment is within a residential complex, with few houses with a video surveillance system and common garden areas and a swimming pool of considerable size, depending on the total number of neighbors. In short, it is a place located in a sea of tranquility and disconnection within walking distance of everything a place like Marbella offers. A very nice and modern townhouse, with superb location in Marbella! The house has swimmingpool, jacuzzi, barbeque and outside dinner area on the rooftop terrace. The house is inside a gated community, with concierge, guard and surveillance services 24/7. -Hotel Puente Romano with famous restaurants and nightclubs only 4 mins walking. -Forum center, with super restaurants and grocery store. -Marbella city and Puerto Banus, 5 mins driving. -Beach only 5 min walk. -Tennis, padel, golf very close.

Elegant home in the heart of Marbella. Heated pool

This is our beautiful home. After living in Marbella 6years we moved on, to Paris. The house is recently renovated and it's really cozy and elegant. Everyone says, "Your house feels like home!" We have 4 kids, so the house is great for families (ping-pong table, puzzles, table games, doll house etc.). Your kids will have so much fun in pool! You can walk 20minutes to the gorgeous Marbella old town and sandy beach. I would be happy to recommend you family friendly restaurants and playgrounds.
