Fantastic apartment in the center of Marbella. Completely renovated. Five minutes from the old town where you will find a wide variety of restaurants as well as trendy places. A ten minute walk from the beach as well as the marina, a place of nightlife. Supermarket, pharmacy, banks as well as shops in the immediate vicinity. The accommodation has free parking five minutes from the property and a swimming pool in the summer season (from June 15 to September 30).

The apartment has two terraces: one of them is a solarium terrace with sun loungers; and the other terrace features a dining area and gas BBQ.

The apartment is situated directly on the first line promenade with beatiful seaview from 2 rooms and from the balcony. It is just a few meters from the beach with direct access to the first line promenade, what is more both the old town and the harbour are also in a 10 min. walking distance. There is a huge pool, marvellous garden for using free by our guests. The apartment has been recently refurbished and equiped with all kind of comfort.
