Vacation rentals with breakfast in Marathon

My friend and I stayed at this lovely house in a well maintained community. The house is clean and very nice. The owner was very responsive. We had no issues during our week stay. The community pool was fantastic. We grilled a few nights and took advantage of the great restaurants within 10 minutes away. Highly recommend unit and location.

Incredible property. Perfect gathering space for my entire family of 6. Private yet close to commerce like Publix and local gym to work out. Great memories made.

This home was just what my family needed for our vacation! We all loved relaxing in the outdoor living room surrounded by greenery. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool and kayaking through the canals and Boot Key. We made most of our meals due to dietary restrictions, and the kitchen here was adequate. The location in Marathon is excellent! It was just a 5-minute walk to Sombrero Beach, so we never had to worry about parking. We could easily drive to all the activities we wanted to do in the area, too.

Great place! Exactly like the pictures. AMAZING heated pool! Very clean. Ruth was an excellent host! She had fresh flowers, toiletries and even snacks and breakfast items to get us started! Most Airbnb’s you have to provide your own TP, paper towels, trash bags and soap but not here! Ruth had the place very well stocked. We will definitely be returning! Thanks for a memorable Thanksgiving week Ruth!!

Everything was amazing. No problems!

We loved this house. It was in a great location. Close to great restaurants and all Keys activities. It was easy access to both the Gulf and Atlantic side. We had plenty of room to park our boat trailer but there is a boat trailer parking lot across the street. Tennis courts and playgrounds close by. The set up was perfect for our family. Two private masters and an awesome bunk room. The house had all the amenities of home. Great kitchen to cook in, games, cleaning stations, plenty of chairs for dock sitting and close by to the Cabana club. We also brought bikes, bike trails everywhere in the community and close the main bike trails. Great time and would most definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and had a very relaxing and worry free vacation. The house had everything we needed and more. Jorge was very attentive! The beds were very comfortable. The pool and ice machine were added bonuses!! The location was very convenient and close to all the places we enjoy visiting while in the Keys.

Amazing!! We had an incredible family vacation and planning our return for next year!! This place has everything you could ask for amazing restaurants right around the corner you can take a boat to or drive!! Chris was great to work with gave us awesome recommendations and answered questions. He rented us a boat dock for the boat we rented so we literally walked out our door jumped on the boat and headed out fishing or snorkeling. The cottage is just perfect with the three beds and the fold out couch. Don’t look any further this is the place to stay! Pool right there beach fishing pod the dock and a cleaning station. Perfect location!! Thanks for an incredible time!!!!

The house was beautiful, and the views very peaceful and relaxing. Our Ocean View room had spectacular views to wake up to, including both sunrise and sunset. We especially loved having access to kayaks to explore the area. Pictures do not do justice of the charm, artistry and architecture of the place, in particular the hand-carved lower level and tikis! A light breakfast was provided daily, although some listings say it was not included, so that was a pleasant surprise. The bed was not the most comfortable, but we still managed to sleep well every night. Would definitely rent again!

Very clean. We enjoyed our stay. We found out we weren’t really Florida Keys people BUT the Airbnb was gorgeous. We enjoyed our time there & the cleanliness. Comes with an ice maker in the room which is a nice touch. ROKU tv as well!

The place was beautiful. The specific room we got (428) didn’t have the best bay view which is what we paid for, but the pool, the location, and the food (extra) was amazing. And the property is well maintained. They will need a credit card for a $1 hold and $25 refundable deposit for pool towels if you want them

Our unforgettable stay at this oceanside Airbnb resort on Big Pine Key was nothing short of extraordinary!! Even before the moment we arrived, the staff’s warmth and dedication made us feel like family. Every detail, from the included bicycles and complimentary kayaks to the Key Deer roaming freely near the resort’s lush grounds made it so captivating. With breathtaking—pristine beaches, stunning ocean views, and beautifully designed accommodations that blend luxury with coastal charm. The Staff truly went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Due to unforeseen errors prior to arriving, I had some hurtles to overcome which they did and amazing job assisting with. Their attentiveness and genuine care elevated our experience to another level. The resort’s amenities, including the magnificent facilities with stunning architecture and private beach access were impeccable, and the serene atmosphere made it impossible to leave. Five stars aren't enough for this slice of paradise!

Great little place to stay near Duval! The breakfast made every morning was delicious! We didn’t use the pool. They have sodas and snacks for guests which is so thoughtful! We loved the atmosphere and coziness of the property and everything is 21+ so it’s quiet. The rooms are themed and clean. Worth the money! The parking is a little difficult it’s really four spots and someone parked behind us and parked us in so we had to ask someone to move the car for us so we could get out but other than that it was ok. We’d go again! We didn’t use the inside very much just the bedroom which was off to the side down a walkway. Lovedddd the breakfast options! Everyone was very nice and accommodating.

Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Easy walk or a cheap Uber ride to all the usual spots. Loved sitting outside morning and evening

Mark is a great man! Has great recommendations, great personality, patient with our toddler, and went above and beyond what a host does! The decor is so cute and personalized to a T! Very lovely at night. Lagoon pool was perfect! We will be staying here again!

Isabella was such a welcoming and accommodating host. We had a great time and it helped with pre-planning restaurants and excursions from Isabella’s recommendations. The room we had was perfect and the location was great to be close to the action on Duval and then also to be able to walk a few blocks back to the quiet atmosphere of the bed and breakfast. We had a late flight so Isabella was able to store our bags while we got brunch and explored more of Key West before heading back home. Would definitely stay again!!

Excellent location, tastefully decorated & well maintained grounds! This property is very charming and has excellent bones! Enjoyed having rental bikes on property, the use of towels, coolers, beach bags & the entire use of the home and yard/porches. The hot breakfast was very nice and we enjoyed the wine & cheese too. Our only complaint was the condition of the carpet in our suite & less available parking than the site reflects. The manager, Diana, was understanding & accommodating when we voiced our concerns & the cleaning staff immediately attempted to clean the carpet - to no avail. Diana explained it would be replaced and shared they were aware of the condition of the carpet and due to high demand/high season and a booked property, they were having trouble scheduling the replacement but she assured me it would be replaced. Pkg. didn't end up being too big of an issue, but we expected more spaces to be avail. on-site based on the photo in the listing. Otherwise, very nice stay!
