What a fantastic stay! The accommodations were wonderful with comfortable beds, a great terrace, and ample space for our family of 5. However, the best part was the connections with Elizabeta’s family and others in the town. We can’t say enough about how welcoming and wonderful everyone was! We would 100% stay again.

We thought the home was fantastic and close to everything we wanted to see. Marina gave great recommendations for food. The home was very clean and quiet and has great amenities.

Vera Marta is an exquisite person, the house is impeccable in terms of cleanliness and tidiness. Quiet place, I highly recommend it! If we return to the area, we will not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

(Tip: Line 7 to go to Venice and back, or 7E) Remember to take your bus ticket at the airport or train station, for the next day's trip. Pizzeria right next to the accommodation. We spent a few days at OasiMare to take advantage of the first seasonal sun and an event in the nearby sports field. Everything was very close, we parked the car on arrival and it was no longer necessary to move it. The clean and bright house is complete with everything you need, especially in the kitchen. The possibility of using a beach spot, umbrella and 2 sun loungers, included in the apartment fee, is very much appreciated. The balcony gives you the opportunity to enjoy an evening aperitif or breakfast. Giovanni, very kind and helpful, put us at ease. Perfect location, we'll be happy to come back.

We had a great vacation in Klaus' fantastically beautiful accommodation. The complex is super well maintained and Klaus was always available. When the water drain in the bathroom was defective, Klaus responded super quickly and sent a craftsman who was very friendly and was able to repair everything directly. Our spontaneous guests were even allowed to spend a night with their camper in the parking lot for free - THANK YOU for that. We'd love to come back and recommend the place!

Very modern house with great amenities. You should keep in mind that you need a car, but we thought that was good, as we had so much privacy and by car you were still quickly at many shopping opportunities as well as by the sea. We always got super fast feedback on questions. There were no problems — on the contrary. And yet we always had our peace and privacy. We were very satisfied and would come back!

My favorite place I have ever stayed! Private and had everything we needed. They even gave us a welcome bottle of Prosecco and a homemade pie. The greenhouse was absolutely stunning and perfect to lay and read a book. We felt like we were treated like honored guests and it’s a perfect place for a small family. I can’t wait to return time and again!

Perfect location right in the center, but quiet as it is away from the road. Close to a large car park so very easy to drop and pickup guests. All shops and restaurants / bars are walking distance. Having an elevator is convenient, the small terras is good to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings. Sufficient space in the apartment.

The apartment is spacious, very well equipped and fulfills all wishes for a cozy stay. The quiet location and the beautiful garden are relaxing. Good starting point for excursions.

This is a gorgeous renovation of a pretty stone barn with lots of style - a true architect's house. We loved the big windows upstairs, because it can be difficult to find homes in Italy with large windows and lots of natural light during the day. Federica has designed low lighting for evening throughout the house. It's very quiet at night, and we slept really well. The neighbours are all polite and respectful to each other, and to us as guests. It's wonderful to experience what it might feel like to really live in this part of Italy, which is very different to other parts. Federica is very responsive and helpful, and obviously a very good architect!

We have been coming to Grado for many years: The accommodation at Freddy's made our stay even more beautiful due to the location and the friendly atmosphere of the apartment. Thank you!
