One week before arrival, you will be asked to provide the ID of one guest, along with payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the group) and the accommodation tax. Your data will only be shared with the Police and the Municipality. Elevators are rare in Venice: there are around 50 steps, but they aren't too steep. There is a luggage delivery service directly to the apartment. There is a luggage storage room.

Calm and elegance. An absolutely fantastic home that I tailored for my getaways in Venice. It took me a year to find it and almost two years to fix it up; it's brand new. I wanted to see the water from the windows, the gondolas and the boats passing by. An incredible water gate!
