Posto pulito, ordinato e profumato. L’host sempre pronto a qualsiasi nostro dubbio. Casa facile da trovare, comoda, e piacevole. Tornerei domani.

Die Unterkunft ist absolut großartig. Ein tolles, geräumiges Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Der Garten ist wunderschön und mit liebevoller Hand gestaltet. Wir konnten auch die coole Außenküche und den Grillofen nutzen. Robert und Gardi sind liebenswerte, herzliche und immer hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Il monolocale è dotato di tutto. Lo spazio è comodissimo per una persona, anche in due credo si possa stare tranquillamente. Parcheggio e accesso comodi. Ho soggiornato per 13 gg per motivi di lavoro. Consigliatissimo. Spero di tornarci

Wir haben uns in der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Wunderschöne Lage, mit Blick von der Terrasse in einen parkartigen Garten. Können wir sehr empfehlen!

This is a gorgeous renovation of a pretty stone barn with lots of style - a true architect's house. We loved the big windows upstairs, because it can be difficult to find homes in Italy with large windows and lots of natural light during the day. Federica has designed low lighting for evening throughout the house. It's very quiet at night, and we slept really well. The neighbours are all polite and respectful to each other, and to us as guests. It's wonderful to experience what it might feel like to really live in this part of Italy, which is very different to other parts. Federica is very responsive and helpful, and obviously a very good architect!

Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie mit zwei Kindern in diesem Haus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft war nicht nur wunderschön eingerichtet, sie war auch super sauber und es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Besonders haben wir die Morgenden im Garten genossen: Mit Frühstück auf der Terrasse und mit viel Spaß im Pool. Dennis war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Er war immer da, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Dass das Häuschen in seinem Garten steht, war überhaupt kein Problem. Wir hatten absolute Privatsphäre und nie das Gefühl irgendwie beobachtet zu werden. Natürlich ist das Haus nicht riesig und der Platz war zu viert durchaus überschaubar. Aber da wir eigentlich sowieso nur zum schlafen im Haus waren und ansonsten immer draußen, hat uns die Größe überhaupt nicht gestört. Novigrad ist ein wunderschönes ruhiges Städtchen. Wir haben uns dort alle rundum wohlgefühlt.

Appartamento davvero splendido, molto curato e arredato con ottimo gusto. Impeccabile la pulizia, lenzuola e asciugamani profumati. Abbiamo trovato anche un cesto sul tavolo con alcuni snack dolci e salati per la colazione, molto gradito. Orari di check-in e check-out flessibili. È stato un soggiorno davvero confortevole.

Tolle Lage, entspannte Atmosphäre und super freundliche Gastgeber. Der Strand war traumhaft und alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Monica's place was great. Very tidy and you can find everything you need for cooking, dining, chilling and sleeping. Amazing location on the beach. Highly recommend and looking forward to come back again ✨️🌞🏡🫶

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit neuem Bad und Balkon. Küche wie beschrieben und in Top Zustand. Garage sicherer Abstellplatz für die Räder. Ruhige Lage, etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder.

Lovely apartment, well furnished and equipped. Overhead shower head in en-suite not working. Air conditioning in living area only. At night windows had to be open in bedrooms - mosquito repelllant plug-ins provided essential. Very early (05.00hrs) noise from workmen on the canals below. All part of the charm and character of Venice! Would book again and recommend to friends.

Maria Grazia e suo marito sono persone splendide: ero in vacanza insieme ad amici e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'airbnb corrisponde esattamente alle foto, si trova al quarto piano e ci si arriva facilmente grazie all'ascensore. L'appartamento è dotato di qualsiasi oggettistica: dai prodotti per lavare piatti e cucina, a quelli per il bagno, lo stendino per i panni nonché gli asciugamani che erano davvero tanti. Per via del caldo, la sera ho preferito dormire sul divano con la porta del balcone spalancata. Ottimo anche poter parcheggiare l'auto dentro il giardino della palazzina con l'apposito pass; usciti dall'edificio si ha tutto ciò che serve in pochi passi. Lignano Sabbiadoro è davvero molto bella: mi sono trovato in concomitanza con la pentecoste e ho trovato un sacco di divertimento per via di questa ricorrenza, con tanti austriaci e tedeschi che sono venuti apposta. Se si è in vacanza con amici, questo airbnb è il top!

Siamo stati benissimo! La casa aveva tutti i comfort e anche un giardino, che ci è piaciuto tantissimo. Abbiamo ricevuto consigli utili sia per mangiare che per il parcheggio e l’accoglienza è stata molto gentile e amichevole. Consiglio questo alloggio!

I would give this place a 6 out of 5 if I could! This place is the best we stayed in during our Italy visit. It has a stunning canal overview and is located in a more peaceful and less crowded part of Venice, but still offers access to the touristy areas. The interior is amazing: very comfortable with all amenities. The hosts, Nicolo and Anna, had kindly prepared a variety of snacks and drinks upon our arrival. At some point they went out of their way to travel from out of town to give us a spare key when we were locked out. I'd love to come back to the same place whenever I visit Venice in the future.

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis prima. Alles war super. Wer damit rechnen kann, dass man 25-30 Minuten zum Strand fahren muss, kann ruhig hier buchen. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig. Carla spricht nur italienisch, ist aber super freundlich und mühsam.

Appartamento molto carino, con tutto ciò che serve, bella area esterna per pranzare all'aria aperta. Molto vicino al Sacrario di Redipuglia tanto da poterci andare a piedi. Si parcheggia lungo la via esterna un po' strettina ma senza problemi. Monica ed il marito sono molto gentili e premurosi. Consiglio vivamente.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt, super Lage, moderne Ausstattung, alles, was man braucht. Strand nur 5 min entfernt, super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, super Pool. Markus war immer erreichbar und war die ganze Zeit sehr behilflich

We hadden een fantastisch verblijf op een bijzondere plek. Alleen al het terras - en bijzondere uitzicht. Ook het appartement zelf was top. Danilo bleek een heel attente en prettige gastheer. We komen hier zeker graag nog eens terug!
