Host molto gentile e propenso ad esaudire il nostro bisogno per l’ingresso in appartamento anticipato (prima dell’orario del check in). Appartamento pulito e molto comodo per il centro città.

I had a lovely stay here. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, which made it the perfect place to relax after a long day. The house has a warm, homey feel — I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to answer any questions and make sure I had everything I needed. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cosy and calm stay!

Appartement spacieux, bien agencé et bien équipé. Environnement calme et à proximité de commerces, Modène, Maranello etc .... tres vite accessibles. Cristian est hyper réactif et très accueillant

Ottima struttura, ben posizionata e raggiungibile facilmente a piedi dal centro, non molto distante dalla stazione (circa 15 min). Monolocale pulito, nuovissimo, appena ristrutturato, interni di alta qualità. Divano letto abbastanza comodo, ci si adatta. Presenza del condizionatore fondamentale nella stagione calda. Stefano davvero molto gentile e disponibile. Soddisfatto!

. Alloggio impeccabile e ben curato nei minimi dettagli, dalle foto non avevamo neanche capito fosse così bello. Noi avevamo necessità di dormire vicino Reggio Emilia per un concerto , la distanza si è fatta sentire,ma vista la disponibilità e l’appartamento bellissimo ne è valsa la pena. Simone è stato disponibilissimo.

Amazing hosts!!! Extremely responsive and gave us great restaurant suggestions, 2 of them right below the apartment. They also offered us a free night of parking only a block away and very useful travel tips. Location is only a 10 min easy walk to the local market where you can also buy local balsamic vinegar, which is a MUST! It is only a 30 min drive to Ferrari and Lamborghini museums. We are 3 adults and 1 teenager and all slept great and had enough room. Highly recommend!

Alberto è sempre stato molto disponibile, ci ha aiutato e dato buoni consigli su dove parcheggiare la macchina. L’appartamento corrispondeva alle foto e descrizione, era in una posizione davvero comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni e in pochi passi si arrivava in Piazza Grande. Un plus della casa sono i due terrazzini che danno sulla piazza. Appartamento super fornito di ogni confort (anche per quanto riguarda la cucina)

We had a great stay at this property. After traveling for three weeks, it was so nice to enjoy spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and modern amenities! Very beautiful and private gardens with easy parking. The elevator was very convenient for the bags. Our host was friendly and made useful recommendations. I would highly recommend this property which is convenient to Bologna, but without all the traffic and difficulties of staying within the old city. Also very convenient to Modena where we enjoyed a balsamic vinegar tasting and visits to Ferrari and Lamborghini. If you’re driving from Milan to Bologna and have an interest in boats, the RIVA factory is along the route and you can see some of the most beautiful yachts in the world.

This was my second time staying here - both times for two weeks. It was just as lovely as I remembered! So comfortable and roomy and has everything I needed! Bed is wonderful and the patio is truly special. Thank you Paola for another amazing visit!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Traum. Vor allem die Lage und der Ausblick sind einfach toll. Die Kommunikation mit Matthieu und Simone war immer sehr nett und schnell, die beiden sind total lieb und hilfsbereit. Der Weber Grill auf der Terrasse ist wirklich super und ergänzt die kleine Küche perfekt, wir haben ihn täglich genutzt. Was man wissen sollte ist, dass es zwar wie angegeben zwei Doppelbetten gibt, das eine aber sehr schmal ist und für unseren Geschmack zu klein für zwei erwachsene Personen, kommt aber natürlich drauf an wie viel Platz man beim schlafen braucht. Ich würde die Unterkunft daher für maximal drei Personen empfehlen. Der Ausblick vom Pool und der Pool an sich sind auch traumhaft. Auch das kleine aber feine Gym haben wir gerne genutzt. Insgesamt haben wir die Zeit dort sehr genossen und können es nur empfehlen!

Very nice location and the flat was very comfortable. The experience from booking until check out was easy and perfect.

Extremely well located, next to Modena’s historic downtown. Lots of beautiful architecture in the adjacent streets and felt very safe. Andrea and his sister were very communicative and helpful during my stay. It’s like a 20 minute walk from the Enzo Ferrari Museum if that is the purpose of your visit.

Perfect. The perfect place to say in the best part of northern Italy. So much to do, so much to see then the most brilliant lace to relax at night afterwards. Close to Bologna, Parma and of course Modena. Hosts are relaxed and incredibly friendly with great facilities throughout, the swimming pool looks amazing but don’t do what we did and book enough days to take advantage. Even down to having the very well behaved dogs to play with nothing could have been better. We will most definitely be back.

Wir würden gerne mehr Sterne geben, da der Aufenthalt mehr als perfekt war. Unglaublich sauber und Liebe zum Detail. Die Familie ist super freundlich und hatten uns auch eine kleine Führung durch den Bauernhof gegeben. Die Gastfreundschaft ist toll. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Spa ist wirklich sauber und entspannend. Wir hoffen, dass wir es zeitlich nochmal einrichten können die Unterkunft und die Familie wiederzusehen. Vielen Dank für die Milchprodukte bei der Ankuft! Durch den Tipp der Gastgeber haben wir Abends im „Ristorante Pizzeria al Caminetto“ bei Massimo gegessen. Authentisch und unfassbar lecker . Klare Empfehlung!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell' appartamento, anche se è una stanza unica con cucina e camera, è abbastanza spaziosa e pulita. la cucina è ben attrezzata ed anche il bagno è spazioso. nel giardino a disposizione c'è un tavolo con ed un barbecue. È possibile lasciare l'auto nel parcheggio gratuito d'avanti alla casa. La zona è tranquilla e vicina a molti castelli interessanti da visitare. il proprietario che abita sopra all appartamento è molto gentile e sempre disponibile.

We loved our stay here. Laura is a very friendly and relaxed host. Our young children enjoyed play in the large garden. The appartment was spacious and clean. And as I was curious, Laura gave a brief tour and tasting of the delicious Balsamico vinegar she and her family make at the property. Would recommend staying here!

Bell'appartamento, a poca distanza da Parma, in un area di campagna molto tranquilla con parcheggio privato. L'alloggio offre tutte le comodità e necessità per un confortevole soggiorno. L'host è gentile e disponibile. Raccomandato sicuramente!

We highly recommend this flat! It was all we could ask for. Went there with our grown up children and loved every second. Especially appreciated the kind welcome and good communication since this was our first visit.
